    works well, great value
I’ve always used these to wrap up anything for transport. I got these for a move. They worked out really well and I thought for the amount you get, it’s a great deal. The wrap is awesome for keeping drawers in place and protecting furniture. There’s nothing worse than moving a dresser and the drawers start falling out. It provides some cushion if you wrap the item enough. We even wrapped our big screen tv. Another good one was our mattress. We created handles with it at the corners to make it easier to move. I thought the quality of the wrap itself was very good. It’s nice and stretchy and the plastic clings to each other well so it was very easy to use. It was also durable. For big items I just had to tuck it in before I made a round or have someone help hold the initial end. As sturdy as it was, it was also easy to rip or cut which is very convenient. I thought the handles were ok. They’re just thick cardboard. They were easy to hold and unroll so no complaints there. In the past my old ones had a plastic handle and at an old job I used one with a rotating handle. Other than that, I thought these saran wraps worked very well, good quality on the plastic, easy to use and extremely versatile. I also use these on anything I put away in the basement and attic. Because of the size and how easy it is to use, I wrap everything big or small with them, from baby car seats to couches. Definitely a must have item in the house, especially if you’re moving, and this particular set’s very nice.

Useful stretch wrap that actually feels sturdy while packing
I used this on a few moving and storage jobs around the house, and it made a good impression right away. The plastic has a solid feel to it and does not come across as flimsy or overly thin when you start pulling it. I wrapped a couple of small furniture pieces and a stack of loose items that kept shifting around, and it clung well without turning into a tangled mess. That was the first thing I appreciated. It felt manageable in the hand and did what I wanted without a lot of fussing.

The included handles make a noticeable difference. With some stretch wrap rolls, the material itself is fine but the process gets annoying because the roll is awkward to grip once you get going. These were easier to control, especially when wrapping corners and going around wider objects. I could keep tension on the plastic without feeling like the roll was slipping around in my hands. That made it easier to get a tighter wrap on things like a folded chair and a small drawer unit.

The wrap itself stretches nicely and has a good amount of cling. I did not have to use a huge amount before it started holding things together. It layers onto itself well, which helps when you are securing something bulky or trying to keep moving blankets from sliding off. I also liked that it did not tear too easily when pulled with normal force. It feels strong enough for actual moving use, not just light kitchen style wrapping. The 80 gauge thickness seems like a good middle ground because it still stretches well but does not feel weak.

One thing I noticed is that it works best when you keep steady tension as you go. When I pulled it smoothly, it wrapped cleanly and tightened down nicely around the item. It was especially handy for keeping cabinet doors shut and bundling smaller pieces together so nothing kept shifting while being carried. For jobs like that, this kind of wrap is much easier than tape because it holds things in place without leaving adhesive behind on the surface.

You do get two rolls, which is nice if you are working through several rooms or want to keep one for future packing and shipping tasks. I can see this being useful for moving, storage, protecting furniture from dust, or even securing boxes on a cart. It feels like one of those supplies that ends up being more helpful than expected once you start using it. After trying it out, I would definitely reach for this again for furniture wrapping and organizing loose items before a move.

Excellent value and surprisingly strong film.
I ordered the Apexatype 5″ x 1200′ Plastic Shrink Wrap Roll (80 Gauge, 500% stretch) in the two pack with handles for an upcoming household move, and I’m impressed with how easy it is to use .
The 5-inch width is perfect for wrapping individual furniture pieces, securing drawers and doors on dressers/cabinets, bundling odd-shaped items, and spot-protecting fragile edges before putting everything on the truck. With that said, I still use furniture blankets to protect easily damaged furniture. The 80 gauge thickness feels heavy duty and puncture resistant, it didn’t tear even when I wrapped around sharp table legs or metal bed frames.
The 500% stretch is perfect for wrapping large pieces. One roll went a surprisingly long way; I was able to pull it tight and get great cling without it snapping back or loosening. It sticks to itself really well, creating a solid hold that keeps everything in place during a short move to move things to a storage unit. No shifting or damage to the wrapped items.

The included handles make one handed wrapping much easier and less tiring on the wrists compared to standard rolls without them. The cardboard core is sturdy and doesn’t collapse while I was using it.
    Pros:
    * Great stretch and cling
    * Tough 80 gauge film that holds up to edges and corners
    * Built in handles are a nice touch for control
    * Good value with two full 1200′ rolls
    * Clear and clean-looking wrap (doesn’t leave residue)
I also used it to stabilize a few smaller loose items that wouldn’t fit easily into boxes and it worked great there too.

I’ve found this wrap surprisingly versatile and quite the value for my money. The amount of wrap went a long way in securing my items.
