Very happy with this back massage pillow. It has both auto and manual modes and is super easy to use. After each time I’ve used it my back feels relaxed, stretched and comfortable. The heat is nice because it’s not too hot on the skin but yet it’s warm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this as a great quick back stress relief at home!

Works well for long sitting
This lumbar pillow is very comfortable and supportive. The material feels breathable and holds it’s shape well. It helps my lower back a lot when sitting for a long time.
No more physical therapy
Works great, comfortable, heat setting is perfect for relaxing the muscle. I used it daily for a month and stopped going to physical therapy and my back pain has gone away.

This massager is a life saver! We have two, one that lives in the recliner downstairs and one that lives in a chair upstairs. Both my husband and I use them often. For me, especially in the mornings. When first getting up, my back is very stiff. I sit using the massager with my morning coffee and it really helps loosen and warm me up for the day. Both the previous ones we are corded only and I just ordered this rechargeable one to use for travel. It will be very nice to have wherever we rent as well as potentially use inside the vehicle when we drive. Highly recommend.
Back Pain Reductio
While the product does not provide the level of back pain relief as shown in their promotion material, I do find using the support pillow for 20 minutes in the morning does provide reduction of my back pain. Worth the investment.
Good value for the money
I was surprised how well this worked for relaxing lower sciatica back pain.
The three different modes (heat, vibration, message) can be selected independently allowing one that matches an individual’s needs. My favorite is a mode that cycles between all three.
While the manufacturer instructions suggest using laying horizontally flat, I frequently use the lumbar pillow in the recliner watching TV cycling between all three modes.
Doesn’t get any better and the product has been going strong for the past several months.
