Nice wok
The wok is well made and heats quickly and evenly on induction oven. I like that it is nontoxic, non-stick, and easy to clean. But it is little bit heavier.
Surprisingly nonstick
Purchased this after my mother forgot a Teflon coated wok on the burner. The pan was ruined and left some toxic fumes in the house. Not honestly sure what the material is. It send too inexpensive for a true titanium pan. But whatever it’s made of it works well. I use metal spatulas on it with no problem. The pan is surprisingly nonstick. Not Teflon level nonstick, but surprisingly slick. I’ve used it for stir frys, omelettes, rice, stews and it’s all been great. Haven’t tried true high heat searing of steaks or anything like that since the directions discourage high heat cooking to avoid discoloration. Clean up has been really easy, and so far, the pan still looks pristine. It has a good weight, without being too heavy. My 85 yr old mom loves using it. I was definitely skeptical when I first bought it, but so far so good.
I have had several woks in my lifetime, but this is the most high quality one I’ve ever owned! Well worth the price (you get what you pay for). I haven’t had it very long, but it has already become a favorite to cook with. The only minor issue I had was screwing in the handle. I had my son help me and even he had a hard time. Perfect size and heats well on my glass stove top. I’ve only hand-washed it because of the size. Very easy to clean and nothing sticks to the pan that I’ve tried so far.
I really like the wok. Only thing I think is a bit stupid is the instructions say to only use a medium high heat. Asian food needs to be cooked on a high heat wok.
