    High-Performance Charging for LiFePO4 Systems
If you have invested in a high-quality LiFePO4 battery system for your RV or off-grid setup, you know that a standard lead-acid charger just won’t cut it. This 12V 20A Lithium Battery Charger is the perfect solution for keeping deep-cycle batteries healthy and fully charged.

Why This Charger Is a Game Changer:
Precision 14.6V Output: This charger is specifically tuned for the 14.6V charging profile required by 4-cell LiFePO4 batteries. It ensures a 100% full charge every time, which is critical for cell balancing and maximizing the lifespan of your battery bank.

Powerful 20A Charging Speed: With a 20-amp output, this unit is significantly faster than standard trickle chargers. It can recharge a 100Ah battery from empty to full in about five hours, making it ideal for those short windows of generator time or shore power access.

Anderson Connector Integration: The inclusion of the Anderson connector is a major plus. It provides a secure, high-amperage connection that won’t vibrate loose during travel, and it makes swapping between different battery banks or portable power stations incredibly simple.

Silent and Smart Operation: The cooling fan is temperature-controlled, so it only runs when necessary and stays quiet during the maintenance phase. The built-in safety protections (over-voltage, short-circuit, and reverse polarity) provide total peace of mind when leaving it plugged in overnight.

Rugged and Portable: The build quality is excellent—compact enough to tuck away in an RV compartment or a boat locker, but sturdy enough to handle the bumps of the road.

    The Verdict:
This is a professional-grade charger that delivers exactly what it promises. It’s an essential piece of gear for anyone running RV, marine, or solar off-grid systems. It’s efficient, easy to use, and specifically designed to protect your lithium investment. A must-buy for any serious mobile power setup!

Vert well built step charger for 12 volt LiFePO4 batteries
This charger was surprisingly well built, to the point that it inspires confidence that it will last a very long time. The aluminum shell is quite stout, much more so than you might guess from the pictures. Connections and wiring are all well made and finished, and the included Anderson connector makes for very easy deployment in our motor home. Also a bit surprising was its compact size. The entire kit fits easily in about the same space as a cigar box, but you can use the case’s pre-drilled holes to mount it vertically, so it can integrate nicely with a sequestered power center, such as we’ve added to ours.

There’s a small cooling fan that appears to do a fine job since even as a fast charger the case never got much past warm, and the cabling is well sized to provide good conductance without converting energy to heat. The control electronics are very well engineered to help dummy proof the unit as much as one can. There’s over-voltage protection, reverse polarity protection, over-heat protection and short circuit detection, so it appears that you’d have to work pretty hard to damage anything.

My first charging episode was to recondition a set of modules from a high voltage composite battery that this was never intended to be used for, but the math worked, so I figured I’d try it, and it worked beautifully. Once complete I then mounted it more permanently in our Class ‘A’ motor home where it has since been used to charge our LiFePO4 starting battery there. All in all it has performed pretty flawlessly, even though my first use was not exactly on the manufacturer’s intended use list, so I’m impressed.

Value wise, I have nothing else to compare it to since we’re still transitioning away from lead acid battery types, so most of my other gear is designed for them of NiMH, but the fact that it’s so well built and that it performed well in a variety of situations so well makes it a good value in my eyes. Road ready and reliable, so far at least. I’ll update if anything goes sideways.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersA good charger specifically designed for LiFePO4 batteries, and efficient, safe operation.
If you have an installation of Lithium Iron Phosphate LiFePO4 batteries, it might be in a solar power storage system or storage for an RV, boat or even your home. This type of battery is a lot more common now, but does require a specific charging procedure for proper operation. This charger is made for LiFePO4 battery charging, and is capable of charging batteries that are typically run down to a pretty low state as part of their normal operation. This is many times the case for golf carts, and the other applications mentioned. When a battery is very low or “dead” some types of chargers simply will not go into charge mode, as they need to see some voltage to start the process partly for safety reasons. LiFePO4 batteries with this Yileide charger can be run down quite a lot and still be charged up again without issues. LiFePO4 batteries have a generally higher possible operating temperature without fire risk. The charger has all of the usual safety features like reverse polarity, short circuit, and overvoltage protection.

This is a good charger for a project to change batteries in a golf cart, for example, from the older lead acid to LiFePO4 for all the benefits they provide. It can also be a part of a solar battery system to provide grid power for charging them up in short time prior to a storm, or when the Sun is just not doing it’s thing long enough. In an RV you may have other sources of charging from your alternator, but when parked and connected to grid power this charger would work well for a LiFePO4 bank. It appears well constructed and comes with all the wiring and adds Anderson connectors for convenience which is actually a big plus for a project. You can simply connect the premade cable to the battery bank, and it’s ready to connect to the charger. This charger can be mounted easily to a wall for a permanent charging station or it can travel where you need to use it.
