From the brand
They are easy to setup, just connect the speaker wire and the power supply. They include two types of RCA connectors, one RCA to RCA and the other one is RCA to 3.5mm. They are compact and lightweight but do not feel cheap. I tested these mainly using bluetooth with my phone, connection was seamless and I was pleasantly surprised with the sound. Instrument separation was great, the sound was punchy and I did not need to go over half volume. I think are great speakers specially if you want an all in one solution and you are tight in space.
Quality at a great price
These active / passive speakers are well made. They pair without pain. After paring with my cell phone, I played music from the Stingray app for easy listening. These speakers are for small spaces (rooms) and have enough sound to serve that purpose well. On the right side of the active speaker are three controls: volume, bass and treble. The controls don’t have a visible midrange indicator which I could have down graded a star, but overall these speakers are five star worthy. It comes with speaker cable that connects the passive speaker to the active speaker. Since the active speaker includes a built-in amplifier, you should only connect appropriate devices. The remote works well within the specified range. These are a great value at a great price.
