Really impressed with this wireless security camera. The video quality is clear, setup was quick, and the connection is stable. Motion detection works well and alerts are timely. Build quality feels solid and it covers a wide area. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommended for home security!
Easy Setup
I’m very happy with these outdoor security camera. Setup was straightforward and the solar-powered battery is great. No wiring and no constant charging. Once installed, they connected easily to WiFi, which made placement much more flexible.
The 4MP video quality is clear and sharp, day and night. I really like the 360 view, which lets me see a much larger area without needing multiple cameras. The night vision with built-in light works great and makes motion alerts feel more secure.
Motion detection is responsive thanks to the PIR sensor and the two-way audio is clear, perfect for communicating or deterring unwanted visitors. I also appreciate having both SD card and cloud storage options.
I studied various cameras in detail. This ARCCTV camera was my choice and did not disappoint. Had only one technical glitch that customer service replied quickly for resolve.
The install was super easy. Function: exactly as noted in the product description! we are using this for remote monitoring and have high confidence it will perform. The solar powering of unit was very important.
In the photo – we were intentional in locating the solar panel that gets the maximum amount of sunlight each day and the camera under the eave. Strongly endorse this camera for price, function, ease of setup, and use of the app is very good.

Video quality at 4MP is sharp both day and night; the night vision + light makes faces readable.
Battery plus solar keeps it running for long stretches with normal activity, so I’m not constantly recharging.
PIR motion sensing is reliable and cuts down on false alerts; 2-way audio is clear for quick conversations.
Setup was straightforward over 2.4/5G Wi-Fi, and the option to save to SD or cloud gives flexible backup.

The first impressions is really good. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it connected to my WiFi without any problems. The camera feels solid, and the picture quality is clear right out of the box.

I like the camera the Quality is good. The only problem I am having that sometimes it take you while to come on my phone so I can watch it and otherwise I wish when you go on the the camera you will see all the camera on one screen if you wish and a great camera and wish the solar wire panel was a little longe

Overall, it’s a great option for outdoor security and good value for the price.
Solide Solarkamera mit WLAN: Kabellose Überwachung für Haus und Garte
Die ARCCTV berwachungskamera macht insgesamt einen soliden und robusten Eindruck. Das Gehuse wirkt stabil und fr den Aueneinsatz gut geeignet. Regen, Wind und normale Witterung sollten kein Problem darstellen. Insgesamt fhlt sich die Kamera ordentlich verarbeitet an und nicht wie ein reines Wegwerfprodukt. Ein kleiner Unsicherheitsfaktor bleibt fr mich der Anschluss des Solarpanels. Der Stecker wirkt zwar solide, dennoch bleibt abzuwarten, wie gut er auf Dauer wirklich wind und wetterfest ist.
Sehr praktisch ist die Kombination aus Solarbetrieb und WLAN. Dadurch entfallen laufende Zusatzkosten, da weder ein Stromkabel verlegt noch ein Mobilfunktarif bentigt wird. WLAN ist rund ums Haus in der Regel ohnehin vorhanden und damit einfach nutzbar. Gerade fr Hauswand, Carport oder Garten ist das eine unkomplizierte Lsung, die langfristig mit wenig Aufwand und Folgekosten verbunden ist.
Die Kameraqualitt ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Auflsung reicht aus, um Personen, Bewegungen und Situationen klar zu erkennen. Auch die Farb-Nachtsicht liefert brauchbare Ergebnisse, solange eine gewisse Umgebungsbeleuchtung vorhanden ist. Fr typische berwachungsaufgaben im privaten Umfeld ist die Bildqualitt vollkommen ausreichend. Positiv ist zudem die Mglichkeit, den Blickwinkel per App zu drehen, wodurch sich grere Bereiche abdecken lassen und weniger tote Zonen entstehen.
Beim Solarbetrieb sollte man sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass es prinzipbedingt zu Einschrnkungen kommen kann. Bei lngeren Phasen ohne Sonne oder ungnstiger Ausrichtung des Panels kann der Akku leer werden, wodurch die Kamera zeitweise nicht verfgbar ist. Eine hundertprozentige Zuverlssigkeit wie bei einer fest verkabelten Lsung ist hier nicht zu erwarten. Wer permanenten Betrieb ohne Ausfallzeiten bentigt, sollte daher zu einer anderen Art von Kamera greifen.
Fr viele Einsatzszenarien ist das in der Praxis jedoch kaum ein Problem. Oft reicht bereits eine sichtbare Kamera zur Abschreckung aus, und selbst mit gelegentlichen Ausfallzeiten erfllt eine solche Solarkamera ihren Zweck in den allermeisten Fllen. Insgesamt bietet die ARCCTV Kamera eine solide Grundfunktion, ordentliche Bildqualitt und den groen Vorteil eines komplett kabellosen Betriebs, was sie fr viele typische Anwendungen rund ums Haus gut geeignet macht. Dennoch sollte man sich berlegen, ob man dieses Modell auswhlt, oder zum gleichen Preis zu einem funktionsgleichen Modell eines renommierten Herstellers greifen mchte.
