This is a great unit for at home wax treatments. The unit comes with everything you need to have a mini spa experience in under an hour. The basin itself is decently sized; if you have tiny feet you could probably fit both in at once but that’s a big if. For me I did each foot one at a time and the instructions were simple enough for a first timer like me. The kit comes with 6 packs of rose scented wax (it’s VERY strong and almost chemically, so keep that in mind). The wax melts quickly and it’s nice to see the actual temperature of the unit/wax instead of having to guess if it’s cooled down enough to not result in third-degree burns. The little tray that’s supposed to keep your hands/feet off the bottom of the unit is great in theory but cleaning it after every use is a hassle so I’ve opted not to use it at all. I’ve found the same to be true of the brush. After the wax treatment, my skin feels soft for hours and I’ve had no skin irritation from the wax. This is a great machine to have for those lazy self care days.

The included paraffin wax is rose scented, which I find pleasant, but it’s fairly strong so if you’re sensitive to that you might want to order some different wax. The basin is nice and large with plenty of space to dip your hands and feet. You use the included tools to add wax to surfaces that you can’t dip so that you don’t have to melt a gallon of wax each time.
I’ve never had a wax treatment done before and I have to say that I’m really enjoying it. It’s a relaxing activity that feels great on my hands and feet and it does leave them feeling soft and moisturized. It’s not a super quick procedure and there is a bit of clean up after you’re done, so it’s something that you’ll have to set aside time for. I’m very happy with this kit and would order it again.
