The new 6-way connector design is a smart way to branch off from a 15mm main line into the smaller 1/4″ tubing, ensuring that the water pressure stays consistent across all twelve drippers.
The assembly was surprisingly straightforward thanks to the quick-connect fittings. I’ve struggled with older systems where you had to boil the tubing just to get it over a barb, but these are more of a plug-and-play style that stays secure without leaking. Being able to adjust each nozzle individually is a huge plus for me because my peppers need a different amount of water than my herbs. Good starter drip system, but takes a little setup
This is a nice beginner-friendly drip irrigation kit with a lot included to get started. It comes with the tubing, connectors, emitters, and a programmable timer, so you don’t have to buy much extra to set up a basic system.
I spent the most time with setting this up. Especially measuring and cutting the tubing to fit my space, but once everything is connected it’s pretty straightforward. The tubing is flexible and the connectors feel secure once pushed in properly. I like that the timer is easy to program and lets you automate watering, which is really helpful during hot weather or if you’re not home.
I think this would work best for smaller garden setups like raised beds or container plants. Depending on your water pressure and layout, you may need to adjust the emitters or add additional pieces to get everything flowing evenly.
Overall, it’s a solid starter kit that makes watering more consistent and convenient, especially if you’re trying to simplify your garden routine.
Nice irrigation system, workable simple programming and set up
Hiraliy’s automatic drip irrigation kit has made irrigation an accessible and almost foolproof way to water my plants. The set up is uncomplicated and intuitive without the instructions – however (and something i would recommend) there is a quick set up, full colored guide for the hose and a small booklet for the regulator itself. The unit is battery operated, and one thing I appreciate is that the system will auto-off
when not in use. Each aspect of your irrigation is programmable and something you can do with minimal effort by turning the settings wheel, which is a physical input button so you never feel lost while programming. My initial set up was minutes, aside from tube fitting, which is something I took a little time with measuring/cutting lengths of tubing. The tubing is solid and pretty flexible, and the connector system are of decent quality however given it’s proximity to soil/sand/detritus it’s not going to work perfectly all the time but workarounds and troubleshooting tactics are explained in the instruction booklets. The fitting of the tube’s is perfect and creating a nice hermetic seal, which is basically permanent unless you deliberately adjust the mechanisms into releasing the hose – this feature i like the best because you don’t have to worry about connection security it is basically foolproof and nearly impossible to separate with conventional force (you can not just tear them out). Thus, t4ial and error should be expected yet if you follow the instructions it should be easy enough. Overall, i am pretty surprised at the quality and the item is a huge time saver. 5/5
