cleared my dry grass in one day
Behind my farm there is a wide patch of dry grass, roughly half an acre, that I needed to clear before the next growing season. I wanted to remove all the old grass so fresh growth can come in strong during spring. Since I already have several compatible batteries at home, this cordless string trimmer fit perfectly with my setup. I was able to rotate batteries throughout the day, keeping the work continuous without long interruptions. I spent a full day cutting through the dry grass, and the motor delivered steady power from start to finish. The cutting head handled the thick, brittle stems surprisingly well, and I rarely needed to push hard. The automatic line feed worked reliably, and when the line shortened, a quick press extended it easily. The adjustable handle kept me comfortable across the large area, which reduced strain on my arms and back. Each battery lasted about 30 to 35 minutes, which was enough for me to swap quickly and keep going. By the end of the day, the field was completely cleared and ready for new growth. The trimmer ran consistently without overheating or major line issues, making the task much more manageable. Finishing such a large area with ease left me feeling satisfied and proud of the progress.
Nice cordless weed eater for the price point. Works well for small to medium size residential jobs. Would recommend the dual string brushless version for larger jobs or really dense thick weeds. We have a 3AH HO M18 Milwaukee battery and a 6AH HO Milwaukee battery. For maximum performance would recommend the 6AH battery as it cuts much better and runs longer with the larger battery. It took a little while to realize, but it does autofeed during every startup so you don’t have to mess with the line feed button very often. The trigger is only on/off so there is no partial throttle option which isn’t too big of an issue. Assembly was quick and easy and it is nice to be able to use the high quality Milwaukee batteries and charger we already owned. Overall, a nice weed eater from a growing coming company with a great warranty.
This a great compact, light-weight, quiet and efficient battery powered string trimmer. I use it to trim the grass around the patios and walkways in the yard and the cutting head rotates to do light edging. It is easy to pull fresh sting and it is easy tonreplace the provided extra spools. 18v batteries fit and function perfectly. I would recommend this product to friends.
I usually like to stick with power tools that use the same battery type to save money and hassle. I found myself needing a new string trimmer for the next day and I could not source one locally that was within budget and used Milwaukee style batteries. I saw this one on amazon at a good price AND available for next day delivery, so thought I would give it a try. It arrived the next day in a small box and I immediately thought I would spend the next half hour in assembly, WRONG! I opened the box and the main part just snapped to together like a trekking pole or collapsible cane, easy and quick. Next the head shield attached with two screws, snap in the line bobbin, and it was done, 5-6 minutes tops. I attached a battery and took to the yard. I was surprised at the power and cutting ability for a single line trimmer. For a battery powered light duty tool, it did a great job at trimming around my walks and the house. It did get a little heavy after a time, but that is probably on me due to not trimming often. The autofeed worked as billed and fed a little line each time I started and stopped the motor. You have to push the safety button on the grip before pulling the trigger for operation. Took a couple of minutes to get used to this as my old one didn’t have that, but it became second nature quickly. This is not a heavy duty tool, but then it is not meant to be. It is not one I would take out into the field or farm, but it is great for its intended use around the house or camper. Since it will easily fold up by releasing the push buttons on the shaft, it would be a good one to take camping.
I picked up this HEINPRO cordless string trimmer and was pleasantly surprised by how well it performs. It works perfectly with my Milwaukee M18 battery, snaps right in, and the whole setup was extremely easy to assemble.
For small weeds, grass touchups, and edging, this thing does a great job. The ability to rotate the trimmer head along with the small guide wheel makes edging clean and simple. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and convenient for quick chores around the yard.
To be clear, I’ll still rely on my gas trimmer for heavy brush or anything overgrown, but for everyday maintenance this tool is exactly what I needed. Great value and very userfriendly.

Great lightweight and powerful weed eater. Very easy to put together. Worked well as an edger as well. Very well balanced tool. Would recommend this for people who want to have a professional tool without the professional cost.
Awesome trimmer! Used it today and my yard is pretty big, with a lot to trim. I love that I can use my Milwaukee batteries! They last forever and I was surprised by how well the trimmer did. I wasnt just trimming grass, I also trimmed some pretty think weeds as well that have been growing for a while. Is the strongest, most capable? No. Is it the best bang for your buck? I would so say! It doesn’t have an auto dispenser for the line that I could find, but it takes two seconds to click the button on the side to pull the line out. Like I said, I have a huge yard and it worked just fine for me. It’s lightweight, but seems like it will last a long time! Highly recommend.

Fonctionne bien, avec mes batteries Milwaukee et des batteries gnriques. La puissance est celle d’un coupe bordure, idal pour l’entretien d’un jardin. Ce n’est pas une dbroussailleuse non plus. Il faut trouver le bon positionnement de la poigne pour ne pas avoir mal au dos.
A good trimmer for the price. Functions pretty well and the battery lasts a while. If I had one complaint, it’s that I didn’t notice that it had only one string. I’m used to a double string trimmer, but for light use, it’s fantastic. Easy to use.
I had my doubts before I bought it. I am so glad I bought it by far way better than other battery operated weed eaters I’ve had. My mind was blown I had enough battery to do my entire yard and still enough to do it again a few days later. This is a beast it works great especially with the Milwaukee batteries. It is very light and easy to get into tight spots
