Solid Cast Iron Grate That Matches Weber Quality!
First off, I own a Genesis E335 with the two cast iron grates. I chose this replacement specifically because it comes as three separate pieces. For years, I’ve had to replace the original grates almost annually due to rust, and handling those large twopiece cast iron grates is a chore — especially when you’re trying to clean them in a sink.
Since I’m usually only cooking for the two of us, this smaller grate is the perfect solution. I can place just one on the grill, cook our meal, let it cool, and then clean it like a regular cast iron pan and store it in a cabinet. It’s much easier to manage than the fullsize grate. And when we have guests and need the extra space, I still have the original fullsize grates ready to go.
The quality of these grates appears identical to the originals. I’ve tried other replacements in the past that were noticeably thinner or lighter, but this one feels just as thick and solid as Weber’s own.
To help these last longer, I’ve started seasoning them just like cast iron cookware. It makes a big difference in durability.
One tip: Weber changes grill sizes and configurations over the years, and model numbers can be confusingly similar. I recommend confirming your exact model using the manufacturer plate on the grill instead of relying on the series name alone.

I installed these on my Weber Genesis II E-410 and they fit perfectly. The dimensions listed matched my original grates, and they dropped right into place with no modification or forcing anything.
The cast iron grates feel solid and well made. They have a nice coating on them and were ready to season. I included a side-by-side photo of my old grates vs the new ones so you can see the difference. My originals were completely rusted out, and these made the grill feel new again.
Heat distribution has been good so far and they leave nice grill marks. The flavorizer bars and heat deflectors also lined up correctly with the burners.
If you have a Genesis II E-410, these are a good replacement set as long as the dimensions listed match what you currently have. Just make sure you measure your original parts before ordering like the listing says.

I have a grill that’s about 4 years old, that I used probably three times or more on most weeks for nearly every week that I’ve had it. In other words it didn’t just sit around, it’s been used extensively. It’s been a really great grill but it’s starting to show its age.
It’s one of those grills that has a charcoal side and a propane side, and both sides were starting to rust out on the grates and the little things that go under the grates on the gas side to make the flame fan out, it was all rusting out. Well I ordered this stuff here to see if it would fit on my grill and I had to do a little modifying but I managed to get everything to work just fine. I have definitely extended the life of my grill with this set of girl parts! I’m really happy that I’ve bought my grill another few years at least. I had to do some cutting and welding with my welder but I made everything work and it’s working really nicely.
I would definitely advise people to measure their parts that they need and make sure it’s the right size before ordering though because if you’re not fortunate enough to have a welder like I do then you could run into trouble with having the stuff fit properly. But that’s the only problem that I could foresee anybody having is something not fitting properly because this is good quality material.
In my opinion the asking price for this product is really fair and reasonable! I would absolutely recommend this product to my friends and family!!
