Incredibly reliable and the easiest setup I’ve experienced
This is easily the best shipping label printer I’ve owned. Usually, these can be a headache to get synced up, but the setup here was a breeze. It worked perfectly right out of the box, and I haven’t had any connectivity issues since.
The “Label Expert” app is intuitive, and the printer comes with a ton of useful templates that make customizing labels for a small business very simple. It’s fast, the print quality is crisp and easy to scan, and most importantly, it works every single time I send a job to it. If you need a reliable, no-fuss printer for your workflow, I highly recommend this one.
Compact, Wireless Label Printer That’s Easy to Set Up and Use
The compact and portable design is a big plus—it doesn’t take up much desk space and is easy to move around if needed.
Setup was straightforward. Pairing the printer via Bluetooth with my phone and laptop was quick, and it worked smoothly with common shipping platforms. The 4×6 thermal labels print clearly with sharp text and barcodes, which scan without any issues. I also appreciate that it uses thermal printing, so there’s no need for ink or toner.
Print speed is solid for a home or small business environment, and it handles batches of labels without overheating or jamming. Connectivity has been mostly reliable, though I did have to reconnect Bluetooth once after switching devices. This wasn’t a major issue, but worth noting.
Overall, this is a convenient and cost-effective label printer for online sellers or anyone who frequently ships packages. With its portability, clean print quality, and wireless functionality, it’s a great tool for small business and home office use.
Easy to Set Up and Use
I am an artist and my paintings sell. I need to ship m art to many locations. I have been running to the local post office to have my shipping labels printed. This takes time.
With this printer I have the convenience of printing from home. This saves me time and money using this Bluetooth printer.
Using the printer’s App it’s easy to get started. Set up is easily described. I was up and printing in no time at all.
I select the label I want on the App and enter the information I need. Once I have my label designed, I’m ready to print. Printing time is seconds. I can even save the label designs. The printing quality is clear and does not smear. The outcome is perfect and from the comfort of my home.
Included are large sized shipping labels, necessary cords, a label tray, and instructions via the QR code provided.
I have a much smaller printer that does half of what this printer can do. I know I paid much more than the cost of this thermal label printer. This printer does it all and is so worth the price.
No more printing at the post office and waiting in lines. I now have my art picked up from my home, because I have it ready with postage to be sent.
I am impressed with the overall quality of this product.
Such an awesome piece of equipme
Absolutely love this printer and the level of ease it is to use this thermal printer. Not only that built its reliability and acccurate printing and ease of changing settings or paper/label size and I’m not even super proficient in using these right now this is one of the first t few things I’ve printed with it when I made this video just to give an idea of how easy it is to use. It took me very little time And effort to get the app installed and then to have it up and running. And I’d say it was barely 5 mins before i had something being printed and it came out exactly as i expected it to look, then the next task was to change labels and sure enough that was plenty easy as well. It’s very user friendly in my opinion. To be honest it slowed me down more trying to use the instructions manual. Not saying to not look over that cause it does contain some important information regarding turning it on and off and unplugging it before hand etc. but it was very self explanatory i thought .
Update: something super underrated about this is the fact that
A. It can be powered by either the 9V power cord that’s supplied with it OR a USB cable (also supplied) that’s plugged into something with power I.e. our regular printers USB port
B. The Bluetooth functionality and effieciency
C. The app is super user friendly right from the start, I think I printed off my first item in under 6-7 mins and that includes time to get plugged in, connected to it, opening APP selecting size label choosing what I wanted to print in what size and style font and then hit print and it’s app doesn’t ask to be granted permission to your entire phone.
D. It provides you with like 50 (I wanna say) standard 4×6 shipping labels to get me started
E. How easy it is to change paper sizes and you can save that size in your paper select page which is one the steps to take before printing if you’re making a custom label otherwise if you already had the shipping labels installed and ready and you get a shipping label from say your email, assuming you’re already on your phone or have this Bluetooth established with any device you can just immediately print in a One step process
MOST NOTABLY:
E. It comes with the printer paper stand and spool to get started with which is way undervalued in this one. They don’t all come with this feeder stand like this one.
(I will say just to keep it real with ya I have no idea what it’s pages per minute speed is and I’m almost certain it wouldn’t have mattered to me when I ordered this but now after becoming more familiar with it I do wish I knew that spec but that’s not at all to say I think it’s slow. To be honest completely honest I don’t have much else to compare it to so it would be hard to say but I can confirm this is after hitting print it immediately, spits out exactly what I was anticipating it to print in under 2-3 secs so again that’s not meant to be a complaint rather than me just curious how this one may stack up against other ones. But i know I’ve enjoyed and appreciated the heck out of having this one and suspect it still does more than I’m even aware of ye
