Solid Monitor Arm for 32" Samsung - Easy Install and Great Adjustability
I got this ARES monitor arm to mount my 32-inch Samsung monitor on my desk, and it’s been a solid upgrade.
Installation wasn’t too bad. Everything you need comes in the box, including all the screws, parts, and clear instructions. I double-checked that my monitor had 100×100 VESA holes before buying, and it attached perfectly with no issues. It supports both 75×75 and 100×100 VESA patterns, and since my screen is well under the 26.5 lb weight limit (even for curved ones it’s rated for 24 lbs), I wasn’t worried about stability.
The arm feels sturdy, made of high-quality aluminum with an internal spring mechanism that’s supposedly been tested over 20,000 times for durability. It doesn’t feel like one of those flimsy cheap mounts that sag or wobble after a week. You get a good range of movement: height adjusts from about 6.9 to 16.9 inches, it extends out to 17.9 inches, tilts from -45 to +80 degrees, swivels 90 degrees, and rotates 180 degrees. Being able to easily reposition my big monitor has made my setup way more convenient, especially when I switch between work and gaming.
I also like the built-in cable management. It keeps the wires tucked away nicely so my desk doesn’t look messy. Installation options are flexible too, with both a C-clamp (fits desks 0.39 to 3.1 inches thick) and grommet mount (0.39 to 1.77 inches), so it should work on most solid wood or metal desks.
Overall, good quality for the price, holds my heavy monitor steady, and makes daily use a lot nicer. Happy with it so far.
Refreshing white color!
This ARES WING Single Monitor Arm stands out immediately with its clean white finish, a refreshing change from the usual black monitor arms that dominate the market. The color gives it a modern, minimal aesthetic that fits nicely into brighter desk setups or home offices. Beyond looks, the arm feels solid and well-constructed, suggesting good durability for everyday use. It’s advertised to support screens up to 40 inches, which is impressive on paper and should accommodate most users’ needs.
Functionally, the arm includes a standard VESA mount, making it compatible with most monitors on the market. Installation and setup are straightforward, and the build quality gives confidence that it will hold monitors securely. I’m currently using it with a 27-inch monitor, and while it appears stable so far, I’ll need more time to see how well it supports that size over the long term. Overall, it’s a well-built monitor arm with a distinctive look and broad compatibility.
Best budget monitor mount!
Def one of the better monitor mount options at this price range. By making sensible trade-offs (spring instead of gas lift, no RGB’s) ARES WING delivers a mount that competes with the more premium-priced options in terms of adjustability, build quality, and value.
The arm is highly adjustable, allowing for high, low, forward, recessed, angled, and vertical positioning, while the spring mechanism keeps it held sturdy in place. The black body with the geometric base design and see-through spring chamber makes for a slick-looking mount and matches the general vibe I have going on. Installing was straightforward with the included instructions. It works and fits well with my ACER ultrawide monitor – the VESA mounting was basically plug and play with the hardware included with the mount.
At its current price point, it seems like one of the best bang for your buck mounts on Amazon IMO.
Absolutely beautiful monitor mou
I love the see through section where you can see the bright red spring. Looks so futuristic!
Assembly was very straight forward. Took about fifteen minutes at a leisurely pace. All the tools I needed were included. All of the parts, both metal and plastic, feel very solid. This monitor mount should last forever.
The range of motion, even with cables tucked inside, is very good. It easily rotates to any position I try, and the screen stays at the angle I leave it at.
The cable management brackets are very easy to remove and attach. I’ve had to fight other monitor mounts before, so I was very relieved to find how simple this one is.
Speaking of, the cheapest monitor mounts out there are not much less than this one, and this one looks so much better, so I think it’s easily worth the extra money. Honestly, every ARES WING mount that I own (which is like five) is fantastic. They’re by far the best brand in the monitor mount industry.
Works really well. Can be set nice and low.
I needed a way to mount my smaller 34″ screen so it was flush with the desk; which is kinda hard to find arms that go “down” like that. This arm will get the center of the monitor mount all the way down to 6.5″ from the desk.
The arm is plenty strong, I actually had to turn the tension down a lot. Once you get it set right the motion of the arm is very cooperative.
Even though my desk if 1/2″ thick, I had to use a spacer to get the clamp to close down on it. This is a leftover piece of flooring seen in the third picture.
Over all, this is great value for the money. I’m very pleased.
Very sturdy (no Sag)
This is a very sturdy, heavy duty monitor arm. Assembly directions were easy to follow. The clamp is adjustable for either thin or thick desks and holds well. Every thing needed is included to assemble an attractive and functional monitor arm. I am able to adjust the hight and tilt exactly where I want it.
