I have an Ivy plant in a 5 gallon container on my balcony. This RAINPOINT automatic waterer works great. I need to get a decent water flow for this outdoor Ivy plant so I am not using any of the tees and drippers. Just one unrestricted line directly to the plant. My water source is a five gallon water cooler bottle. Perfect for those 5 to 21 day vacations.
Efficient and easy to use
Purchased this right before our travel and it was the best decision. We were away for 3 weeks so my husband set this up for our plants and we could be stress free for the trip. It has different dripping speeds and frequency which can be adjusted, very easy to understand and works so well. Plants were healthy when we returned, pheww!

We left our home for a month and had numerous plants that would have died. This easy to use auto-waterer saved all of them. Some easy to use. Choose how manny seconds/minutes you want it to run then choose how often. I suggest you buy this 2-3 weeks before you leave to get the schedule correct. Well worth the investment!

Good Solution for watering plans when you are away on a vacation. Just fill the water in. container and set timing thats it. Very easy instructions to setup. Kit includes some irrigation tubes and components that work with the controller. Works reasonably well for the purpose it is designed to.
I have around a dozen indoor plants spread across my apartment and keeping them all on a consistent watering schedule was getting harder than I expected. I picked this up mainly for peace of mind and it has honestly delivered exactly what I hoped for.
Setup was straightforward and did not require any special tools or guesswork. I was able to get everything running in one sitting by following the instructions and adjusting the water output for each pot. I really like that I can fine tune how much water each plant gets instead of treating them all the same. My smaller pots get just a slow drip while the larger plants receive a bit more.
I have been using it daily and the battery life has held up well so far. It runs quietly and consistently and I have not had any leaks or clogging issues. The tubing feels sturdy and once placed it stays put. I also appreciate that it works both indoors and outdoors since I plan to move some plants to the balcony later in the season.
