Since my house has two floors, I wanted to have a robot vacuum on each level. I had previously purchased one from another brand, but I wasn’t very pleased with its performance. Then I came across Tikom. I have to admit that the affordable price for a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop was what initially caught my attention.
After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try, and I’m very happy with my decision. It operates much more quietly than my previous robot vacuum, which makes the experience much more pleasant. The mapping feature is also impressive—it’s amazing how the machine can learn where to go and complete the job more efficiently and purposefully.
Once it finishes cleaning, it automatically returns to the base to empty itself and recharge. The self-emptying feature makes the experience even better because I stay clean while the machine does all the dirty work! I’m not sure how long the dust bag lasts, but manual cleaning is always an option, so I’m not too concerned about that.
The sweeping performance has made a noticeable difference, and my floors are significantly cleaner. The app is very straightforward and user-friendly, making customization easy. I’ve never had the battery run out before the robot finishes cleaning and returns to the dock, so the battery life has been more than sufficient for my needs.
The mopping function is not as impressive as the vacuuming, but it does help keep dust levels down when used alongside the sweeping function. Considering the price, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would happily recommend it.
Highly recommended vacuum robot Tikom
This is my second vacuum robot from Tikom, and I gotta say it’s absolutely worth the price. The model is impressively intelligent and has excellent build quality. It moves efficiently around the house and doesn’t just wander randomly—it clearly knows where it’s going and does a great job cleaning every area. The cleaning results are very satisfying. I also love that it can vacuum and mop at the same time or handle each task separately, and both work really well. On top of that, the mobile app is super convenient, letting me control it anytime, anywhere, and customize exactly where it should clean and where it shouldn’t. It is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!
Fantastic Robot Vacuum and Mop for Homes with Pets
I recently purchased the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop with self-emptying capability, and after using it for several days on both hardwood floors and carpet, I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations.
One of the biggest reasons I bought this vacuum was to help manage pet hair. I have a cat that sheds a lot, and this robot does an excellent job picking up fur, dust, and debris from both hard floors and carpets. My floors stay noticeably cleaner, and I spend much less time vacuuming manually.

Sehr gut Saugrobote
Ich bin wirklich positiv berrascht. Der Saugroboter mit Saugstation spart mir im Alltag unglaublich viel Zeit. Die Saugleistung ist stark, Tierhaare, Staub und kleine Krmel werden problemlos entfernt. Auch die Wischfunktion funktioniert besser als erwartet und hlt den Boden angenehm sauber.
Die LiDAR-Navigation arbeitet sehr przise, der Saugroboter erstellt schnell eine Karte meiner Wohnung und fhrt systematisch durch alle Rume. ber die App lassen sich Reinigungsplne und Sperrzonen einfach einstellen.
Solider Saugroboter mit guter Wischfunktio
Ich habe einen Saugroboter gesucht, der mir mglichst viel Arbeit abnimmt — vor allem wegen meines Heuschnupfens. Auf dieses Modell bin ich gestoen, weil das Preis-Leistungs-Verhltnis gut war und die Bewertungen berzeugt haben.
Bestellt habe ich am Freitag, geliefert wurde schon am Samstag — das ging wirklich schnell.
Das Auspacken, die Installation der App und das Koppeln mit dem Gert waren fr mich sehr einfach und intuitiv. Auch die Kartierung der Wohnung hat gut funktioniert. Die Saugleistung ist ebenfalls berzeugend — gerade unter Sofa und Bett ist jetzt endlich alles staubfrei.
Wir haben eine Katze, und auch Katzenstreu wird zuverlssig aufgesaugt. Gerade weil beim Verlassen des Katzenklos viele Krmel herumliegen, war mir das wichtig — das klappt wirklich gut.
Kleine Erhhungen bis etwa 1 cm schafft der Roboter problemlos. Es gibt verschiedene Saugmodi (Eco, Standard und Max). Ich nutze meistens den Eco-Modus — fr unsere 83 m groe, ebenerdige Wohnung braucht er damit etwa 55 Minuten und ca. 50% Akku.
Er kann auch wischen, dafr gibt es ein kleines Wasserfach. Das ist eher fr leichte Verschmutzungen gedacht, aber dafr vllig ausreichend. Ich nutze immer den Kombi-Modus (Saugen + Wischen gleichzeitig), bei dem er ein feuchtes Tuch hinterherzieht. Die Wassermenge lsst sich in drei Stufen einstellen — ich nehme die mittlere Einstellung, das passt gut.
Insgesamt bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden. Einfache Bedienung, gute Leistung und er nimmt mir tglich Arbeit ab — bei uns luft er jeden Tag.
Ich wrde ihn definitiv wieder kaufen.
Compared to our earlier, first-gen robot vac, the Tikom is miles ahead. The fact that its Lidar-generated map of our house was completed in just minutes, and displayed on their app, is remarkable enough. And while the route it developed to routinely clean every room in the house may not be my idea of most efficient, it does succeed in getting to every nook and cranny available to it. But the real kicker is that I no longer need to attend the messy job of cleaning out its collection bin every time it runs. It faithfully returns to its charging station whenever it’s feeling run down and then proceeds to empty itself into a bag, which, after a few problematic weeks of not emptying properly, now does a near-perfect job after every daily run.
I say near-perfect because every ten to fourteen days, the main roller brush end caps clog up, and it notifies me that it’s stuck and can no longer proceed. This means turning the device upside down, removing the roller brush cage, prying the brush from its housing, removing the outer flanges and clearing the wadded-up hair and dust from both ends. Then reassembling it all and telling it to resume cleaning.
I’ve had many vacuums over the years and have never needed to regularly service the roller brush. I’ve discussed the issues with Tikom customer service, replete with photos, and they have nothing to offer, so you might expect your product to behave similarly. My household has two adults and one small dog with medium-length hair. And it’s 1500 square feet of mostly brick floors.
So on the whole, I really appreciate the Tikom pretty much taking over the vacuuming for me, leaving our floors and carpets dust-free. But I don’t know if competing products face the same issues or not.
I have been really happy with this Tikom robot vacuum and mop. The suction is strong enough to pick up dust, crumbs, and hair without needing to run it over the same spots again and again, and the mopping feature is a nice bonus for keeping the floors looking fresh between deeper cleanings.
The self-emptying base is probably my favorite part. I do not have to think about emptying the bin every day, and the large capacity makes it feel much more hands-off than my old robot vacuum. The mapping is also accurate, so it moves around the rooms in a logical way instead of randomly bumping around.
Setup was straightforward, it runs quieter than I expected, and it has saved me a lot of time during the week. Overall it feels like a very practical upgrade for keeping the house clean with less effort. Definitely worth five stars.

Ich nutze den Tikom L8000 Plus Saugroboter mit Wischfunktion (6000 Pa) ausschlielich auf Hartbden (Fliesen, Laminat) und bin absolut begeistert. Die Saugleistung ist sehr stark und nimmt Staub, Krmel und Haare zuverlssig auf. Auch Ecken und Kanten werden grndlich gereinigt.
Die Wischfunktion ist ideal fr die regelmige Pflege von Hartbden. Leichte Verschmutzungen und feiner Staub werden gut entfernt, sodass der Boden sichtbar sauberer wirkt. Fr den Alltag vllig ausreichend.
Ein groes Plus ist die Absaugstation: Der Staubbehlter wird automatisch entleert, sodass man sich wochenlang (bis zu 90 Tage) kaum darum kmmern muss — extrem praktisch und hygienisch.
