    Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBest Bluetooth speaker I've owned
    This thing is incredible. I’ve used tons of Bluetooth speakers over the years, from Bose, Sonos, Anker, JBL etc. The 360 sound is fantastic. The bass is fantastic. The battery life is unbeatable. I travel for a living, and while this is big and I have my smaller Marshall if I need to pack light, the fact that a speaker this loud, this great sounding, is portable is amazing. I love that this version is USB-C unlike the older one. The value is great, considering the quality. The brass knobs. The connectivity. This thing thumps and it gets LOUD. But it doesn’t sound like a small speaker, it fills the room. Awesome speake

    Summary:

    The Marshall Kilburn II is a portable Bluetooth speaker that blends iconic vintage amp styling with impressive sound performance. It delivers clear highs, warm mids, and full bass, making it enjoyable across all music genres. Built to last with a rugged design and long battery life, it’s a solid choice for both home and on-the-go listening. We pair it with an Alexa Dot for easy voice control, and it also offers its own app for adjusting treble, bass, and volume right from your phone—handy if you don’t want to use the manual knobs.

    Pros:

    * Powerful, room-filling sound for its size

    * Works well across all music genres

    * 20+ hours of battery life with quick charging

    * Classic Marshall design with durable build

    * Physical and app-based bass/treble controls

    * Alexa compatibility for convenient voice commands

    Cons:

    * Slightly heavy for portability

    * Limited water resistance (IPX2)

    Final Thoughts:

    If you value style, durability, and bold, balanced sound in a portable package, the Kilburn II is a great pick. It’s versatile enough for any genre, integrates well with smart home devices, and has the battery life to keep the music going all day.

    Deliciously perfect Bluetooth speaker!
    This Bluetooth speaker really packs a punch on every front! For starters, it is beautiful. The design is reminiscent of simpler technology, but it functions like few Bluetooth speakers can. The sound is full, rich, and “juicy”, and no oranges were harmed to deliver this quality!

    I got this as a present for a friend, and now I want one for myself!

    Best Bluetooth speaker I have ever owned.
    I don’t typically write reviews. But this product is so good. I thought it would be necessary.. I already own a Marshall Action III, and love it but it always bothered me that it was plug in. I have owned several other battery Bluetooth speakers, other reputable brands top rated brands. I’ve always loved the sound quality of the Marshall. this one was a little pricey, but I decided to take a risk and man it blows me away. It sounds like an entire stereo system in a smaller package. The Kilburn three has a deep Rich sound and a little spice of attitude. It is super cool. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

    Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersMore than just an iconic brand name on the grill
    I have owned a pair of JBL Extremes for almost 10 years and they have been very serviceable. Volume is great and bass is sufficient for what they are. I also like that they can pair together. Having said that the batteries eventually began to fade. I bought a kit and replaced one and it was a bit of a job. So I began to watch reviews for their eventual replacement. Eventually I bought an Emberton. When I tested it next to the JBLs it could not approach the output of the Extremes. Thanks to amazons great return policy I was able to return it. Then I heard about the Kilburn III and how it was upgraded from the Kilburn II. Once it became available I gave it a shot. I have not been disappointed. Sound quality, volume and bass response is excellent. The surrounding sound is true and not nearly as directional as the JBLs. As for me I am a novice electrical guitarist who loves sitting out back and playing along with classic rock, country, and even hair nation. This little speaker stands up strong to my smaller portable guitar amps and of course has that awesome look. I would buy it again in a heartbeat and yes the battery life is amazing.

    Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersGreat Speaker- A bit pricy
    Great sound for a portable speaker. I think something like 50 watts. It’s not going to rattle glass, but very nice for in the shop, or around the campfire. You can adjust bass and treble on the fly and adjust volume on your phone or with it. Design is sleek and cool. It’s a bit heavy at 5lbs, But it seems durable. Has like 50 hours of battery life with USB-C fast charge. Kicks the crap out of the Altec Lansing I had for years. I only removed one star because I think the price point is about $150 too much.

    Worth the money, hands down.
    Amazing sound at all levels and sooo easy to pair , love the fact the sound comes out of the back as well. Battery life is insanely amazing. Best blue tooth speaker I’ve ever purchased (I’ve purchased a quite a few) Portability is an awesome bonus !
