These pans are exceptionally good for the price. Their non-stick coating is very much non-stick, unlike some brands I’ve tested in the past within similar price margin (I’m looking at your pans, IKEA…).
After about 3 months of constant use I am glad to say they hold up very nicely so far, even though their underside is becoming more and more challenging to clean thoroughly.
The build quality is very good, although the handle on the larger pan tends to loosen from time to time. It’s easily fixed with the provided screwdriver though, so it’s a very minor inconvenience.
The heat distribution is pretty good too, as far as I can tell, I had no problems with uneven frying at any point.
Overall, this is a great and very affordable set of quality pans that I hope I will get to enjoy longer still, highly recommended!

I gave these as a gift and my son was very pleased! High quality finish and seems like they will be very durable. He loves the sizes and nonstick coating.
The nonstick aspects of these pans are great. We’ve cooked about everything in them and as long as you use a little oil, they work well. The size is good and the weight is nice. The only issue that we’ve had is that they seem to discolor easily.
I have been using the CAROTE Non Stick Frying Pan Skillet Set for a while now, and I am honestly very happy with it. The 9.5 inch and 11 inch sizes are perfect for everyday cooking. I use them for eggs, omelets, pancakes, and even quick stir fry dinners. They are especially good for pancakes because the surface is smooth and nothing sticks, so flipping is easy and they come out evenly cooked and nicely browned.
The non stick performance is excellent. Food really does glide across the surface, even when I use very little oil. The granite coating feels solid and well made. I like that it is non toxic and PFOA free because that matters to me when I cook for my family. The pans heat evenly and work great on my induction cooktop. The handles stay cool and feel comfortable to hold, which makes cooking more enjoyable. I also like the brown color. It looks modern and different from standard pans.
The only small downside is that the set does not include lids. I use a universal lid, but when the pan diameter is smaller, it does not fit perfectly and sometimes liquids spill onto the stove. It would be nice if matching lids were included.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. For the quality and price, it is a great set. I will also check out other products from this brand because this experience has been very positive. Five stars from me.

Carote non-stick ceramic fying pan skillet is Excellent product. It meets with all the Amazon descriptions. I bought the first one 11″ without a lid and the 2nd one with lid. As described Carote Non-stick ceramic frying pan skille, non-stick with heat resistant, easy to wash with water. Food doesn’t stick, durable, excellent quality, heat evenly. I usually leave the skillet to cool off when food is removed from the skillet, and then rinse it with warm water to remove most food residues and dry it with paper towel.
Excellent set of pans. Durable and non stick coating works as advertised. Easy to clean and the three sizes fit all needs, plus the lid draining feature works flawlessly. The only negative is that the two piece construction needs to constantly be retightened.
