A low cost feeder with some average features.
This is a lower cost camera bird feeder. The price was $29.99 when I ordered it. Considering the price, it is a good value. I have used many camera bird feeders. They are straightforward to set up, so when this kit came without instructions, it wasn’t difficult to figure out how to set it up. There is some information on the product description page that might help to set it up, and you can ask the AI questions on the same page. It might provide some help.

The camera quality is good. The pictures are clear and focused. The food attracts the birds toward the camera. The feeder has a hangover to protect the food and camera from rain. Some rain has gotten in the edge of the food plate, but the birds finished the food before it could be affected by the water. The feeder works best with regular bird seed. The hummingbird food dish is too small, as well as the oriole feeder, it’s too small to hold an orange. Again, considering the price, you get some good features. This feeder is a good starter for a camera feeder, especially if you don’t want to spend more than the cost of a feeder like this one. The app is typical and requires additional costs for advanced features.

Nice little smart feeder, but has some design flaws.
I have quite a few of these types of feeders, I’m an avid birdwatcher and bird feeder in my yard. I’m going to go through the pros and cons of this exact feeder. On a positive side, it has a compact size, it is easy to assemble and has a bright vibrant color, that attracts Orioles and an assortment of red birds. Easy to connect to app, camera has a very vivid and sharp picture. It could be mounted to a wall, a tree, a post, or on a pole, which is always good to have either option. Easy load from the top. It has a small ball cage (reasons unknown), what’s small water/jelly dish, with a small hummingbird feeder attached to the dish and a small food spike. Fair price for what you get. Now on to the cons: I found it hard to unplug the cord from the camera to get to the reset and power button and also to load an SD card inside, the reason being is that the camera is not removable and only angles down so much to be able to get to that area, I had to use tweezers to remove it, and to hit the power button or the reset button. This is a design flaw it doesn’t happen with most other cameras. Solar panel is fairly small compared to most feeders like this. The feeder can only hold a small amount of bird seed, The water / jelly dish and hummingbird feeding apparatus happen to be very small as well. If you have a decent amount of birds in your area I could see You having to refill this four times a day. Because of the design of the roof, the antenna can also not be propped up straight into the air it has to be on an angle and also has to be moved to the side every time you fill the feeder as it is right in front of the latch to open the roof to fill it. I also don’t see why there’s any reason to have some kind of small ball cage, as wild birds do not play with toys as far as I know. Unless you’re trying to attract somebody’s lost parakeet or something. That space could be better utilized with another spike or a larger water/jelly dish or even a larger hummingbird feeder. Hummingbird feeders basically a cap and it’s very small, about the size of a quarter and takes about possibly an inch of nectar. Another thing you would have to constantly fill and the same goes for the jelly/water tub. Overall, it’s halfway decently constructed, easy to assemble, and takes clear pictures and videos. Has a nice live view. It make a nice gift for a first time user add a decent price. It comes with an instruction manual to connect the camera and load the app on your phone, But does not come with any assembly instructions, even though it’s easy to figure out. I’m sitting on the fence on this particular feeder, it’s basic and it’s okay, with a few flaws In design. I have seen worse, but I’ve also seen a lot better at different price ranges.

Cool Smart Bird Feeder, but Depends on Setup & App Performance
This smart bird feeder with camera is a really interesting idea for bird lovers. The 2K live stream and auto-recording features make it fun to watch visitors in real time, and the AI bird identification adds an extra layer of learning .

The solar panel is a nice touch for outdoor use, helping reduce the need for frequent charging. Instant notifications can also make it easy to catch bird activity as it happens.

However, like many smart devices, performance can depend heavily on Wi-Fi strength, app stability, and placement. When those are good, it’s very enjoyable; when not, it can feel inconsistent.

Overall, a fun and modern gadget for bird watching enthusiasts with strong features, but setup quality really matters.

    Neat idea
This bird feeder with camera is a neat way to get your kids involved with bird watching. The solar panel is the same style I use to charge my remote camera system around my house. The antenna is good enough to travel the couple of hundred feet to my house from my fence. The plastic quality seems good enough to last a few years. It will be easy to clean. This feeder is easy to install with the removable mount. You can easily screw the mount to the house with a screw on the bottom. It is cheap looking and plastic but at only $30 what can you expect. The camera seems a little close but is a neat idea.
