I’ve been using this chair for a few weeks and it’s very comfortable for long hours of work. The lumbar support and mesh back keep me cool, and the flip-up armrests are really convenient when I need more space. It rolls smoothly, feels sturdy, and was easy to assemble. Great quality for the price
Easy to assemble ,very comfortable
This chair is truly quite nice, very comfortable to sit on and doesn’t make you feel tired even after long hours of work. The backrest design fits the waist perfectly, providing excellent support and improving work efficiency. The breathable material prevents stuffiness even in summer. It’s also easy to assemble, allowing you to set it up alone. The wheels slide smoothly, making movement convenient without scratching the floor.
I would have given this chair 5 stars but for a few problems. Nothing really serious but aggravating.
First the good part. The chair looked like what I needed and the price was great. When I received the package and unpacked everything nothing was missing and everything was clearly labeled. The quality of materials and workmanship was good for the price point and entirely acceptable for the intended use. One thing I really liked was the T-handle hex wrench that was included. Much better and easier to use than the usual small allen wench that you find with most items that need assembly.
Assembly went fine and I had most everything done in under an hour. This is where it started to get aggravating.
Now for the not so good parts. The instructions were not the best. For the most part they could be followed as long as you were careful to double check the parts and placement. Where they were poor was in steps 4, 5, 7 and 9. The drawings were not real clear on what had to be done. Took some trial and error to get things right. These instructions would really benefit with some written directions and better illustrations. Last but not least the makers quality control could use some improvement. Nothing to serious but some of the bolts needed to be screwed in and out a few time to clean up the threads, one hole in the cloth cover where an attachment point was was off a bit and required some work with scissors to correct. Finally the last step when I went to attach the head rest it would not line up. After looking over the problem it finally dawned on me that the bracket that attaches to the chair back was put on the head rest upside down. Once that was corrected it went right on.
I like the chair, the price was very good and it went together ok. If more attention had been paid to the instruction and quality control this would be a 5 star review.
