Product description

I brought the Mulli Cordless Electric Espresso Machine on a weekend hiking trip with a few friends, mostly out of curiosity. It’s lightweight (just under 1.5 pounds) and compact enough to fit in my backpack’s side pocket, so carrying it was no problem. When we stopped to rest near the summit, I pulled it out, and within minutes, we had hot espresso shots steaming in the cool mountain air.
The self-heating feature is what impressed me most. Starting with room-temperature water, it reached about 198F in roughly three minutes, and the 20-bar pressure really does pull a strong shot with a nice crema on top — not watered down like most portable coffee gadgets. I used an NS capsule for the first round and ground coffee for the second, and both tasted rich and smooth.
The stainless steel build feels durable but sleek, and it’s super easy to rinse out and reassemble after use. The battery lasted through multiple rounds, easily five hot shots before needing a recharge, which was perfect for our group.
Honestly, it turned a simple hike into something memorable. There’s just something about standing on a ridge, holding a freshly brewed espresso, that feels like a small luxury earned.
