These pendant lights look even better in person than they do in the listing photos. The resin shade gives off a soft, warm glow and has a really pretty natural stone-like appearance that works perfectly with the modern mid-century style.
I installed these over my kitchen island and they instantly elevated the space. The gold finish looks clean and high-end, and I appreciated that the hanging length is adjustable to fit different ceiling heights.

I always get a bit nervous when I hear jingling sounds from the box. But it typically turns out to just be a screw that had vibrated out of place during shipping.
Keep your instructions and print your amazon receipt because this manufacturer really backs this fixture – “to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase” according to the warranty in the instruction book. Be sure to ONLY ever use a dry cloth to clean it as they state. No harsh chemicals.
With just one of the long rods in place it has a 20.5″ drop from the ceiling. This can be mounted on a slanted or flat ceiling. It comes with all the necessary fasteners and wonderful instructions. In my opinion, if you have never installed a light fixture before, these instructions will get you to the finish line! Very good beginner friendly instructions.
There are three long rods and two others that are shorter to help get you to the drop you need. They thread seamlessly together to create the look of one long rod. Wear the provided pair of gloves as you assemble and install the fixture so that you do not leave fingerprints on the brass.
With the shortest rod on you achieve a ceiling to bottom of the shade drop of 13″. You can also install it without any of the rods for a semi-flush ceiling mount. This gives you an 8 3/4″ drop from ceiling to the bottom edge of the shade.
I tried a variety of drop lengths. All of them looked very well put together. My only problem is deciding which of our boys deserves this fixture in their bedroom… ??? Or maybe it should go to the MCM reading nook?
I would get this again… However, I would spend the little extra and get it with the glass globe. I feel that the frosted glass globe elevates the look and helps to gently diffuse the light.
Beautiful modern pendant that's pretty and stylish, looks expensive
HAHZT pendant light is sooo nice!!! It is very well made and definitely a pretty pendant light. I really like how the gold colour easily connects with the fixture which is a strong resin, not glass. Even if resin, it doesn’t take away from the overall nice appeal of this pendant fixture. It is light white with a hint of amber streaks in the fixture. It has a marbled effect. Seamless blend of pendant arm joined to the fixture. The glass is opaque and softens the light a bit. It does make a nice warm feeling to a room, especially as it will be in my primarily white walk in pantry room. I needed a light that would not be overpowering but will have the definite wow factor, this light does it. Using the longer arm bars so it hangs low. You can use it short and close to the ceiling but I like the effect of it hanging …yes I definitely recommend this pendant light fixture!!!

The light arrived well boxed with all the necessary parts: The resin shade, the adjustable metal tubes, the wiring, the ceiling plate, and all the necessary mounting hardware. Everything was intact, and the finish looked flawless. The matte black pendant with the marbled beige-like shade gave it a stylish and modern feel right out of the box.
The Installation:
I installed this myself, and the process was fairly easy. The instructions were clear, and the fixture was light enough to handle without difficulty. I used a dimmable light bulb base type E26 and it fitted well. Adjusting the length was easy since all I had to do was a simple little mathematical calculation of the height of my dining room ceiling versus the maximum size this pendant light can reach which is 54.4 inches and the minimum being 22.9 inches, allowed me to position it perfectly above the dining table. It took me about 20 minutes from start to finish, including removing the old fixture.
The Performance:
Once installed, the transformation was immediate. The resin shade diffuses light evenly and the light casts a warm, focused glow that makes the dining area feel cozy and inviting. Well Worth the (Competitive) Price
This Pendant Light Fixture from Hahzt is made from better quality materials than I had expected. Very good weight to the glass, not flimsy or cheap looking.
I will be getting a couple of these fixtures installed in the kitchen soon ,by an electrician to make sure that it is done safely and up to insurance standards too.
Good to see that all hardware and instructions are included with this fixture so this should hopefully help to keep the installation costs down.
One star off as I’m not a fan of the “marbled” effect on the glass. It is too scattered imo and I would have preferred just a solid shade instead with no pattern. Otherwise, all looks good.

Installation of this light is simple if you follow these few instructions. Locate the circuit breaker that controls the well-secured junction box. They wish to connect the pendant light to the junction box, which controls the circuit breaker. Very well priced and attractive hanging pendant light. It has a nice marbled finish. I added a flashlight in the canopy which I hope you can see the marbling. It is attractive and I am planning to add this to my daughter’s home. She is remodeling it in a mid-century modern style. This one gives off a nice mid-century modern vibe. The kit we ordered has rods to conceal the wires with a brushed gold tone finish. The wires concealed in the connecting rods gives the unit a high-end look. The canopy is 10″ wide and approximately 5-1/2- 6″ height. Installation is straightforward with mounting plate to junction box, with ground wire. One safety tip which you should not ignore: Turn off the power at the breaker before you start! The kit came with a pair of gloves to keep your dirty pawprints off of it. Very classy. I am planning to repurpose those gloves for my gardening!
A very thoughtful and useful feature of this kit are the number of rods of different lengths to help you customize the drop. Maximum drop from ceiling to bottom of canopy is approximately 50-51″ if you connected all five of the rods together and add 5″ as the canopy height. The length of drop can be customized by the rods. Three 12″ rods are provided, along with a short one at 4″ and the one described as medium, is 6″.
I have an easy way to help with this project which might help you. From a design perspective, if you’re planning to install this over a table for instance, start with the total measurement from floor to ceiling. Write that number down. Just as an example, my table from floor to tabletop is 30″. Then make a decision about a good height above the table where the canopy will drop to. I like about to add 36″ above the table to the bottom of the canopy. So in my example I now have a total of 66″. Staying with this example a bit more, say you have 8 foot ceiling and you have 96″ total. Subtract 96″ from 66″ and you have 30 remaining. The canopy height was hard for me to get a real accurate measurement, but say its close to 6″. Subtract the canopy height of 6″ from your remaining 30″, and voila!! You can now use two 12″ rods! My overall take is that this is a very attractive, classy looking and well priced pendant light.
