If you do not have one of these counter-top ovens, you should. It will replace 95% of your need for a regular-sized oven. It’s easy to use in every respect. Cooks all items as you would want them cooked. Simple to clean. Buy one. You will not be disappointed. (I was not asked or paid to give this review).
I had a previous Cuisinart with a multifunction control-knob for the interface. I loved it except that know was a weak spot and it eventually became unpredictable what turning the knob would do.
This model improves on the design by replacing the knob with unifunctional arrow buttons, which are sealed away behind a layer of plastic. Cleaning this surface is a breeze, whereas the knob version created an ingress point for liquid or grease that could cause erratic knob control.
This version also came with a grill/griddle plate, a baking sheet/drip tray, a wire basket, and traditional oven-type wire shelf. There is also a divided tray for cooking two items side by side, but I can’t say how that works as I did not try it yet.
It did take a couple of weeks to arrive, but it was worth the wait. With the improvements and accessories in the set, you may never need to buy another Air Fryer.
