This induction burner is a gem. It is easy to use. It cooks fast without dealing with uneven heating, messes and hot stoves and pans. The burner size works for a variety of pan sizes. The quality of this product is very good.
I’ve been using the TUCO portable induction cooktop for a few weeks now and it’s been a great addition to my kitchen. The 1800W power really makes a difference. It heats up quickly and brings water to a boil much faster than my old electric hot plate. The temperature control is also very responsive, which makes it easy to simmer sauces or cook more delicate foods without burning them.
The glass surface feels solid and well made, and I like that it’s easy to wipe clean after cooking. The LCD touch controls are straightforward and the different cooking modes are helpful depending on what you’re making.
Another thing I appreciate is how compact and portable it is. It doesn’t take up much counter space and would be great for small kitchens, dorms, RVs, or even as an extra burner when cooking for a crowd. I would definitely recommend!
Works well
Have used this several times and it works well. Easy to use. I really like how quickly it cools down after being turned off. I take it camping – plugging it in to a solar generator. So far, so good.
