Works well. Edges are not deburred, every edge is razor sharp. Base, tub, coil cover, lid, and coil bracket are all stainless, stamped, and SHARP!!
The lid/cover doesn’t fit because the tub has handles that sit above the top surface, but it looks like the lid was designed without taking these into account. So it just rests on top and kind of teeters back and forth siyting on the handles. It would be better to cut slots in the lid, like the ones in the coil cover. Then three lid would sit correctly on top and channel the steam to the outlets correctly. The way it is, the steam comes out anywhere around the lid and will burn you when you go to adjust the temperature. It allows steam to collect and condensation to drip all around the base, on my counters! The lid really needs to be corrected.
If you redesign the lid or the tub to solve this problem, please reach out to me, as I would love to purchase the corrected part, to fix this issue.
I couldn’t be happier with this fryer — it’s easily one of the best kitchen purchases I’ve ever made! From crispy fries to perfectly golden chicken wings, everything comes out evenly cooked, flavorful, and delicious every single time.
The design is sleek and compact, but it still has plenty of capacity for family-sized portions. I love how fast it heats up and how easy it is to clean. Highly recommend!
Great fryers needed a replacement and this was perfect only downfall is the baskets when set to drain dip into the oil when it is filled to the full mark
