I got this coffee machine for our local Woman’s Club. We have monthly meetings there but we also rent out our building for parties and events. The single pot coffee maker we had wasn’t sufficient, we needed something that could handle larger groups and this one has been great. It brews a full pot pretty quickly and being able to have three carafes going has been great. It brews really smooth tasting coffee. The heating elements keep each carafe nice and hot without any burning taste. It’s really simple to use, we add water manually(haven’t tried hooking it up to a water source buts it’s nice to have that option) and it’s really easy to clean. The ease of use and cleaning were really important to us, we have been offering the coffee machine as part of our building rental and it’s working well for people without any issues. It seems to be a quality machine, very pleased with it.
Great Customer Service
I’ve had the unit for 6 months. Works just as I need. Yesterday it stopped working. I contacted customer support, they are sending me a new one today. I’m very happy with the way this was handled by them, and would definitely buy from them again.

The Coffee Maker brews quickly and delivers consistently hot, greattasting coffee. We have heavy-duty coffee drinkers in our busy office all day long. The three lower warming plates are very convenient when serving multiple pots throughout the day. It holds up well to frequent use. Great customer service from the company, too. When we had questions and an issue, we actually got phone calls back right away, and they took care of our needs. Satisfied customers!!
