Gives off great amounts of light for my plants. I like that I can change the size of the standing light if needed. I wish the light started further up from the floor though. It could be sturdier, it will fall over if bumped into.
Works great! I got it for my monstera that’s gotten a little too big for standard grow lights and it’s amazing. Very bright output and my monsteras already pushing new leaves since I’ve gotten it. Normally these kinds of stands irritate me but it is pretty sturdy and well balanced
I brought this to give my monstera some much needed light since it seemed to be struggling. The setup process for this was super easy. I was able to set this up and position how I wanted in less than 10 minutes. I’ve had this now for a few months and my monstera seemed to be thriving . The light seems to provide excellent coverage for my nearby plants so I’m really happy about that.
Pros: Fantastic, powerful light, perfect for my monsteras. Lightweight, easy to move around. Great light distribution.
Notes: Gets very warm, but nothing I’m worried about.
Cons: Comes with a timer but I don’t want to use it, as I have it plugged into my smart plug which includes humidifier & other grow lights… – but when the smart plug turns on, everything but the Sansi lights turn on, meaning I still have to manually switch it on with the button. (waiting for Sansi support to get back to me to resolve this) – For this reason, I may sell the lights soon, but if the timer option works for you then it should be fine.
Stand works and will do the job, feels a tiny bit flimsy, compared to the circular base stands with my Barrina, but not an issue considering the overall value.

I LOVE this light! Plants are very happy and growing fast. The tri-pod base offers a lot of flexibility, and it’s easy to move — which I do often! There are three sections of lamp that snap together, and the lamp can be used with one, two, or all three sections. Unfortunately the stability could be better. The base connection fitting seems slightly smaller that the other two, so sections don’t connect firmly to the base section – you can see the slight tilt in the pic. with all three sections in use. The other pic shows one section temporarily mounted in my living room fixture. The issue is not a deal breaker because the light is doing everything promised. Just wished it fit firmer so I can move it around easier. Note that in neither pic am I using it as designed – it’s so easy to move and reposition I get VERY creative!
Okay, I want to preface this by saying that I was really unsure about the stability of this light once I put it together. The little tripod legs didn’t inspire confidence. They took up a lot of room, didn’t level the light itself, and I could not adjust their spread on my non carpeted floor. It was enough of an annoyance that I seriously debated returning everything. (And I bought two!)
Then I thought to check whether the light used a standard 1/4″ screw common to camera equipment. Couldn’t find this info anywhere, but it does! You could swap out the legs for literally any tripod or monopod stand you like, which also means I could now extend its height, make sure its actually level, and also has more weight/stability. In my opinion this makes it an incredible grow light, super versatile and easy to fit into my needs. Right now I’m only using two light segments, but with the swapped out tripod I am able to grow my plants up to my ceiling from here, once the third segment is needed. Really neat.
