Simple and cute. Good enough for a trellis.
It’s cute for a wedding arch but we put this at the front of our property at our pathway to the house, to discourage people from parking there.
We put it together quickly and easily. I had an 8-year old do most of the work.
It’s fairly solid, it’s not structural but it’ll let plants grow through it or you can lace a sash through it if you’re using it temporarily.
The only difference in sizes is whether you get any top pieces. With zero top pieces the two halves the arch joint directly. If you get the middle size you get two straight pieces between the top of the arch. The large size is 4 straight pieces at the top of the arch, makes it look a bit blocky. I’d avoid the large, but the medium and the skinny one are well proportioned.
I have no criticism, it’s a nice archway. 5-stars.
Gorgeous arch for climbing plants
This garden arch is gorgeous and looks so nice set up in the yard. It was easy to assemble and the enlarged base gives it more stability than the flimsier arches I’ve seen.
I’m using it for climbing plants in the garden, and it feels durable and well made. It has held up to heavy rain, strong wind, and even Timbit-sized hail with no problems so far. Nothing has bent, shifted, or started coming apart.
My neighbour loves it and was super jealous when she saw it. It adds a lot of height and structure to the garden even before the plants have fully grown over it.
Hard to find something this wide. Easy Assembly. Went together very well, no issues.
Nicer than I expected at this price point. Seems pretty stable- I used ground stakes to secure. Time will tell. Overall pleased so far!! Definitely recommend!
Such a nice addition to my entry.
It needed j hooks to stabilize it into the ground. I used 4 on each side and it is well secured. It fits my gate area perfectly, looks good, and was easy to assemble.
After viewing dozens of similar items, I purchased this one because of the method of anchoring this to the ground. I placed heavy paving stones on the horizontal base on either side. I would have preferred if this had come in white but since it didn’t, I painted it. Well designed and manufactured – very easy to assemble.
Looks beautiful, but mine is already showing rus
This arch looks absolutely gorgeous in the backyard. That was my first impression once it was up. It gives the space a more finished look right away, whether you use it as a garden focal point, an entry feature, or something for climbing plants. The shape is nice, the size has good presence, and visually it definitely does what I wanted it to do.
What disappoints me is that mine has already started showing signs of rust. That is a big deal on an outdoor piece like this, because part of the reason you spend the money on a metal garden arch is to get something that should hold up better than a flimsy temporary decoration. I can forgive a lot if something looks great and feels sturdy, but early rust is hard to ignore when it is meant to live outside full time.
So for me this is a mixed review. From a design standpoint, I really do love how it looks. It adds a lot to the yard and has that kind of elegant garden structure feel I was hoping for. But the rust showing up this early takes away from that quite a bit. If the finish held up better, I would be much happier with it.
This arch is exactly what I had hoped for. I ordered the wider style because I hope to get a climbing rose to put on it. The instructions were the best I have ever had on anything we have purchased. It took about 30 minutes to put it together. My husband only needed help once it was time to put the arch on overhead. I will say that it is very light weight. We have 2 heavy potted planters to anchor it on both sides. Otherwise, I believe a really strong wind could blow it over. Overall, we are very pleased for the cost.
