Great solar lights
Easy to set up and program. The plastic on these lights are thick and not flimsy like most solar lights. These will stay on all night even on overcast days. So these charge up pretty quickly
Holiday Lights 365 Days a Yea
I’ve got 18 of these pathway lights and they’re all programmed to come on at 7:30pm and shut off at midnight. They change patterns automatically and have a wide variety of scenes. I’ve found that the scenes don’t change on all of the lights right away and sometimes I need to change the scene on individual lights. But if you want solid colors these lights are right there. Excellent product if you’re looking for dependable solar products. Also have 12 of the spot solar lights and try to pair the color and scenes between the two products and my house looks like Christmas 365 days a year. Thanks Linkind
Beautiful lighting
These are the best solar outdoor lights we have ever seen, they are so easy to set up on the AiDot app. They are so unique and so beautiful, my wife just loves them. Worth every penny and than some.
I wanted to spruce up the stone walkway in my backyard, so I went back and forth comparing several solar path lights before finally picking the Linkind SP6. Now it’s basically the yard decor all the neighbors keep asking about! First off, setup was such a breeze. Just snap the plastic pole and ground stake together following the arrows in the manual, stick ’em in the dirt, and they stay put. I got 4 lights installed in less than 20 minutes—no wiring needed at all.?
The app control feature totally blew me away! Download AiDot, pair it via Bluetooth in a flash, and you’ve got tons of colors to choose from. I use warm white at 30% brightness when I walk my dog at night, which is more than enough to light up the path. For weekend get-togethers, I switch to rainbow gradient mode and sync it to the music on my phone— the lights flash with the beat, and the vibe is chef’s kiss. The 5 lens patterns are all really intricate; I went with the wave and concentric circle ones, and the light they cast on the ground looks so classy—way nicer than the basic single-color lights I had before.?
Battery life didn’t let me down either. We’ve had a lot of cloudy, rainy days lately, and I was worried the solar charging wouldn’t cut it. But turns out it has a USB-C wired backup charge—charge it once, and it stays on all night. Plus, the housing is super sturdy. We had a heavy downpour, and the lights didn’t get damp at all—waterproof for sure. My only tiny gripe is that it would be better if it could connect directly to Alexa (you need to buy a hub separately), but overall, it’s way better than I expected. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to boost their yard’s curb appeal!
I love these lights. After putting them through their paces in the yard, here is the honest breakdown:
The “Smart” Features & App Control
Unlike most solar lights where you’re stuck with whatever “Auto” mode they came with, these connect via the Linkind/AiDot app.
* Pattern Switching: This is the standout feature. You can actually change the light projection pattern (stars, petals, etc.) from your phone.
* Color Control: You can toggle between crisp Cool White, cozy Warm White, or full RGB colors. The colors are surprisingly vibrant for solar-powered LEDs.
* Scheduling: Setting timers and grouping them together is seamless, which is great if you want them to dim late at night to save battery.
Brightness & Charging
The dual-charging option is a massive win.
* Solar: The panels are high-efficiency and held a charge well through a typical sunny day.
* USB: This is the “secret sauce.” If you have a week of overcast weather or you’re setting them up for a specific event you can pop the tops off and charge them via USB to ensure they stay at 100% brightness all night.
Build Quality & Aesthetics
They feel much sturdier than the plastic stakes you find at big-box retailers. The light “throw” on the ground is clear and sharp, not blurry.
The Trade-offs (What to Watch Out For)
* Initial Setup: You do need a stable Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection to get them synced to the app the first time. If your yard is huge and your router is far away, you might have some connectivity lag when trying to change colors from inside the house.
* Price Point: They are an investment compared to non-smart lights, but the build quality and USB backup justify the cost if you’re tired of replacing lights every year.
Final Verdict
If you want “set it and forget it” lighting that you can also customize for holidays or backyard BBQs, these are excellent. The ability to switch between functional pathway lighting and decorative color-changing modes makes them one of the most versatile options on the market.
Quality for a budge
I enjoy these solar pathway lights they are very good made duel charging the brightness is good and I like that you can change the pattern and colors competitive pricing compared to the competitors always a good quality product from Linkind and good support team to help you out when you have a problem
Lights are very nice and well made. The software is easy to setup and use. It works well with Alexa so far, just turning things on and off. Haven’t placed the lights outside where we are going to keep them yet, so can’t say how well the light covers the area, but they have a very nice level control for brightness and it seems to work well.
I would like to ask if they could think about putting a straight smooth lens in the lenses for just light without any patterns. Also would be interested having a way to stop the timer function on the normal light setting. It would be nice to be able to turn off the lights and have them stay off until I turn them back on. The timer function and the movement functions work well and are easy to use. I also like the bluetooth mesh device that makes getting them setup much easier and provides a more consistent connection.
