This griddle is perfect in all ways. It covers two burners and heats up super quick. Basically, I cook 95 Percent of all my meals on this thing. Since i got it i have barely used my normal pans because this thing handles eggs, ground meat, steaks, chicken, french fries, etc it does it all! With so much room as well. One of the best investments I have made knowing I’ll have it for a lifetime. If you cook for a family or meal prep, this thing is a must!
Awesome. Everything I thought it could be. The quality is outstanding, fits perfectly on my induction stove – vertically or horizontal, and does a great job of heat distribution. If you have used it liberally, I love Bar Keepers Friend to bring it back to its original shine. It is heavy and bulky to wash, but it is giant griddle.

The 21×13-inch size is generous enough to fit across two burners, which gives you plenty of space to cook multiple items at once—perfect for pancakes, bacon, grilled sandwiches, or even searing several steaks at the same time. Nice and heavy. Great quality. It is raised in the middle with a tough around the edge- the grease runs down into this tough. I haven’t decided yet if I like this design or not. Overall great quality
