Overall the functions work really well and after setting the time and temp not much additional effort is needed. It is misleading to think that cleaning the device is easy. It requires great effort and time especially if no using a dishwasher..
Also, customer service is very sketchy. When you ask questions some staff act like they are annoyed and in disbelief st how dumb the question is. Also, if you need them between 6PM and 9 AM you are out of luck. Since many people cook at these times that is not a good policy. I should also mention there is no customer support on weekends. Wow!!
The Gourmia FoodStation has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. You absolutely can prepare a black and blue steak on this grill.
Heats up quickly, 7 minutes to reach 500. Essentially no smoke, at least not enough to set off the kitchen fire alarm. Very easy to clean, nothing sticks to the cooking surface.
Large enough to cook two large T-Bone steaks.
Replaced the Hamilton Beach indoor grill I purchased here on Amazon and although it was great with fish, seafood, vegetables and burgers it didn’t get hot enough to prepare a chard rare steak. The best it could do was chard medium.
Love that it notifies you when it reaches your set temperature.
My chard mid-rare steak was delicious with that true outdoor grill taste.
I have steak 3-4 times a week and this grill is a game changer when it comes to indoor grilling.

Amazing grill /Air fryer ,for any single man or family that doesn’t have a place to grill out look no further because u can BBQ indoors an there’s no smoke ,cuz it has a smoke extractor while cooking an still get that grill taste from Applebee’s u crave ,food is 10 times better ,don’t like the price but its worth every penny an clean up is easy

This is more than I expected! I love it and use it almost everyday! Two problems that I have with it is that is says its “smokeless” but the smoke extractor function can only be used when grilling. I use it more for the air fryer and even though I don’t put oil on the food, when air frying plain chicken wings, it smokes so much that I have to unplug my smoke alarm. I even put some water in the drip tray (a suggestion from my brother). Another thing that is really frustrating is that the metal cover on the drip tray has very sharp edges underneath the rim and I cut myself EVERY time I clean it. The holes that were punctured in it has very rough and sharp edges that should have been smoothed down making it hard to wipe off with a dishrag because it tears it up. This product cooks good but cleaning up is awful and unsafe.
Hands down the Best Buy if you live in an apartment. It is smokeless but the smell does come out and fill the apartment. It is great and leave grill marks. I’ve cooked chicken, hamburger, and a variety of steaks. It’s easy to use, let it preheat for like 5min, steak in flip after 5min then cook for 5 more and it’s medium. I cooked a filet mignon last night. I have not used the frying pan since I got it! Lastly, I use olive oil in spray bottle to prevent sticking. I use the grill about 4x a week and then I put it (rack, grease tray, metal tray) in th dishwasher. It taste great. I don’t leave many reviews. Buy this lol
