Very good buy. Very easy to fix and operate. The different settings are very easy to understand perform as stated. It is very sturdy and robust. Yes I do recommend other to buy and try it.
Works perfectly with a Kitchen Aide. Produced excellent pasta. I used the Billy Parisi dough recipe. I kneaded by hand, which I won’t do next time.
Note that it is numbered backwards. Instead of 0 to 8, it’s 8 to 1.
