Excellent quality!
This is exactly what I had been looking for. I love the color green, and I’ve always wanted an espresso machine in this shade, but I also wanted a brand with excellent reviews for quality. This one is everything I was hoping for.
The moment I saw it, I knew I had to have it, and I absolutely love it. It makes espresso incredibly fast, and the crema comes out rich and delicious every time.
The milk frothing pitcher is not included, but the coffee tamper that sits on top of the machine is. I decided to buy the De’Longhi milk frothing pitcher separately so it would match the machine and look like they came as a set, even though it doesn’t come included.
The GOOD: The machine works well, easy to use and understand, color is gorgeous, great for a small space, delicious hot or cold drinks, great value for the price (got it on sale for $249.99).
The BAD: The steaming function is so ridiculously loud and shrill that I’m actually concerned about damage to my hearing. I’ve started to wear foam ear plugs while steaming milk (I’m REALLY not exaggerating here, I promise). — You can’t steam milk while pulling espresso shots. You can only do one function at a time. — Majority of my mugs/cups do not fit under the espresso drip without removing the bottom drain piece, and the machine does not come with the espresso demitasse shot glasses — I sometimes have trouble getting the steaming function to work. I have to turn the machine off and back on to get it going.
Overall, I’d say this is a great product. I’m happy with the way my drinks come out and I do not regret buying it at all. I am, however, looking forward to buying a bigger machine with more capabilities in the future.
We were off to a rocky start where the machine would get jammed and I didn’t know why. I love the white and silver design, I love how compact it is and how nice it looks when it sits on my counter, I love how it can make cold brew as well as espresso on ice for stronger, coffee flavor. Once you learn how to use it, it’s truly delightful and simple to use. I bought the warranty, but you can also call DeLonghi customer service and they are so helpful in solving your issues.
The DeLonghi Dedica Duo ist perfect for us. It’s compact, pretty fast in heating up, quiet when preparing the espresso and when using the steam function. The results are as good as it gets! Of course it is not to be compared with a professional barista machine, but for the price the taste of the coffee is very good as long as you use good quality beans.
I am a beginner at using an espresso machine and this machine is perfect for me! I was surprised with how easy it was to make my first espresso and how delicious is was with minimal effort! I love that this machine can do both espresso, cold brew AND steam milk! There are definitely things to learn but as far as my first few uses, it is going well! I love that it does not take up too much space. I do wish it came with its own milk jug for steaming but I ended up buying that separately. Highly recommend!

Excellente machine pour le prix, toujours un bon caf et pas besoin de rester ct le temps que a coule….tout est automatique. La possibilit de faire des cafs presss froid (tide mettons)fonctionne trs bien. Facile nettoyer. After having an automatic espresso machine for years while living with my parents, I knew I couldn’t afford one when I moved out. I searched for a while for a manual espresso machine that would suit me. I was drawn to this one because of the color and the cold brew function. It took me a little to adjust to the ritual of pressing & making the espresso but I grew to love it! The color is awesome and it works great (once I learned how to make the perfect espresso). It’s durable and not too heavy. I strictly made espresso for the first 3 months of ownership and then I tried the cold brew function for the first time this month and now I pretty much only make cold brew because it’s SO GOOD. It’s been a game changer for me! Very easy to use and great value for the money spent. I think it will last me a long time!

Este modelo es similar a uno que he tenido durante algunos aos, pero adems prepara *cold brew*. El espresso es de primera categora, y el *cold brew* no est nada mal. Aunque, en realidad, no se puede lograr la verdadera complejidad de un *cold brew* sin prepararlo mediante el mtodo tradicional. Aun as, el resultado es bastante bueno. Es un poco ms sensible a la presin que mi otro modelo y, ocasionalmente, cambia automticamente a la funcin de agua caliente si he prensado el caf con demasiada fuerza; supongo que esto me sirve como un buen indicador de que debo presionar un poco menos.
