Quality product and great customer service!
This is a, solid, well made blender that feels like one of the more expensive, well known brands. But, the real star of this show is their customer service!! I needed to reach out with a question and a wonderful representative named Wendy was quick to respond and resolved my concern right away! The kind of customer service we all want, but rarely get these days!! Kudos to her and this company!!
We’ve been very happy with our K96 Blender. It has been a dependable, powerful machine that handles our daily use well and consistently produces smooth results. When we did run into an issue with a few parts, the customer service matched the quality of the product.
Wendy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She responded quickly, kept us informed every step of the way, and immediately arranged replacement parts without any hassle. Her communication, professionalism, and willingness to help made the experience completely stress-free.

Powerful, Quiet, and Outstanding Customer Service Cranddi Wins Over Ninja
I was a devoted Ninja user for over 3 years and would definitely consider myself a heavy daily user. I make one full pitcher of protein/nutrition shakes every single day. My recipe is no joke: an apple, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, spinach, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, walnuts, frozen peas, carrots, and whey protein. It makes three large glasses that I sip throughout the day and evening.
With my Ninja blender, it consistently took two full 60-second cycles to properly blend everything smooth. Eventually, the pitcher started leaking, and when I looked into replacing it, the cost was around $80 CAD just for a new pitcher.
Instead of replacing parts, I decided to try the Cranddi blender — and I’m very glad I did.
Using the same ingredients and quantities, the Cranddi blends everything perfectly in about 20 seconds. It’s also noticeably quieter than the Ninja, which was a very pleasant surprise.
Now, to be fair, my Cranddi pitcher initially had an issue where it leaked from the top twist cap area (where the plunger inserts). I contacted customer service and dealt with a representative named Wendy. After I sent her a quick video showing the issue, she immediately identified it as a manufacturer’s defect. Within 24 hours, a replacement pitcher was already on the way.
Wendy was prompt, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
Manufacturing defects can happen with any company. What really matters is how the company responds — and Cranddi absolutely delivered excellent customer service.
Based on performance, noise level, and customer support, I would personally recommend Cranddi over Ninja.
And one final bonus: this blender absolutely destroys ice and makes amazing frozen drinks for lovely wives, too!
Best customer service
We noticed a small crack on the inside of the pitcher after a few uses. We hand wash everything, so no dishwasher issue. I really didn’t think I would get anywhere by contacting the manufacturer, but I explained the issue and they made i so easy to take a couple pics and proof of purchase, and I have a new pitcher on the way. Wendy was very helpful and I wish more companies would follow their response. Thank you.
This is one of my most favorite things I have ever bought from Amazon! Its so fast and makes a ton of beverages in one sitting. Its powerful and so easy to use and clean. It makes perfect smoothies, milkshakes, slushies you name it. It is probably the best appliance in my house. I love this thing. It crushes ice like a titan. Its quieter than I expected for the huge amounts of ice I put in it to make slushie’s. Its a beast in the beast ways. I like how it looks and i like how east the buttons are to read and clean. So far this thing is holding up to being used everyday sometimes 2x a day and making sometimes 10 drinks in a day. So if it keeps this up I know the durability is on point.
