Compare this model to vacuums with similar or or even more motor power and it quickly becomes obvious the V16 Pro stretches your dollar well beyond that of its competition. Not only does the performance and durability exceed expectations but their customer service was lightyears ahead and of higher quality than anything I’ve experienced across any verticals within the retail industry. User error led me to ask (tail between my legs) for their help tracking down and possibly replacing a part that somehow managed to find its way into the trash. After emailing them they replied immediately and had the situation remedied in a way that genuinely felt like that cared and wanted to help me, and weren’t just going through the motions and dealing with the particular situation I presented in the way they’ve been instructed. I offered to pay for the replacement but they made it clear that charging me for it was never going to happen but appreciated my offer. It’s good products and companies like this that keep the big brands honest and always needing to work harder to retain sales for their marked up goods.
This vacuum is awesome!
#1 – IT WORKS! We have four dogs, so when I tell you this vacuum gets a daily workout, I mean it. Don’t be worried that you’ve never heard of this brand. We’ve tried Dyson, Shark, Bissell, etc. and none of them worked as well for us. This vacuum is so small, light weight, and hassle free that we don’t mind vacuuming (even my kids are able to use it with ease). I love the green light that shines while the vacuum is in use because it makes every single dog hair visible. My house is much cleaner since we had this vacuum.

Powerful on all surfaces
Whether I’m cleaning my hardwood floors or deep-cleaning the area rugs, this vacuum handles everything flawlessly. It picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair with ease.
The attachments are a huge bonus. They snap on and off easily, and I love how they make it simple to clean every part of my home. The crevice tool is perfect for tight spaces between furniture, and the brush tool works wonders on my upholstered furniture and car seats.
One of the best features is how light this vacuum is. I can effortlessly carry it up and down stairs, and it’s easy to maneuver around furniture without any strain.
I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for a powerful, lightweight, and versatile cordless cleaner. The combination of strong suction, portability, and great attachments makes it worth every penny.
This is my favorite vacuum I’ve ever used.. and I’ve been through many vacuums over the years. I love the cordless feature, the green light is actually really helpful in showing dust not visible with the naked eye, battery life is great, it’s comfortable to use and fits in tight spots, light weight and has great suction. After looking at Sharks and Dyson models and reading reviews, I came across this one and I decided to take a chance on it and I don’t regret it!
I had a little snag with it at first,
after about 4 uses it started stopping after using it at 100% charge with no apparent reason. I reached out to the company by scanning the QR code on my vacuum and was super impressed with the quality of customer service! They were so nice and responsive and after understanding the issue, they sent me a new one that arrived in just a couple of days. Then they followed up to make sure I received it and that I was happy with how it functioned. I was so impressed. My new vacuum works great and I highly recommend!
There are things I really like about this vac and things I don’t. I like its light weight, which makes it so much easier to lug up and down stairs than my old Dyson, and also it maneuverability. Also, the green light at the front is bright enough to let me see what I’m trying to pick up so I don’t miss anything, and it is pretty good at picking up pet hair. It is NOT good, however, at picking up dry cat litter, unless you consider picking it up and spraying it somewhere else on the floor to be a plus. And I don’t find the battery lasting as long as some people did – at least, it loses its charge even when it’s not being used, but that could be because I cannot attach the unit to a wall because of my landlord. It’s good on hardwood floors and some carpets, but for some reason going over the runner I have in the entryway doesn’t work and it’s like plowing through sludge. Overall, it’s a decent vac, especially if you’re not looking to pick up stray cat litter, and it was easy to assemble and to detach and dump out the cup (again, unlike my old Dyson).
