I initially had an issue with my vacuum. The company was very responsive and is sending me a new one! Their customer service is hard to beat. The vacuum has quite a bit of suction which was actually more than I expected. The wireless nature and weight of the product is nice if you have a large home or want to clean your car. The mounting bracket is great for keeping everything organized and in one place! Overall I’m happy with the customer service and the product!
I dont feel this is a very strong quality vacuum. The battery dies quickly and its not super strong suction. But it would do better on hard floor, rather than rugs and carpets.
I originally had this at 3 stars due to quality of vacuum, But the seller contacted me and made sure to make thing right. Their customer service was appreciated.
BEST VACUUM!
This is the BEST cordless vacuum I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned a few. The suction power is elite, the brush is rubberized, so it seems like hair and other debris don’t get easily wrapped up. It stands on it’s own, so no more leaning it against a wall. It’s a bit heavier than I hoped, but that doesn’t bother me. The battery life allows me to vacuum my entire top level (2,000 sq. ft.). It’s easy to use and definitely worth the low price.
It's an OK sweeper, but has its drawbacks.
I like this little sweeper. It works great for daily quick clean up. There are 2 drawbacks it does a terrible job transitioning from carpet to hardwood or tile. Secondly, the battery may die at 28% or 47%, you never know when it’s just going to stop and the battery is going to be completely dead. Keep the charger handy.
Great vacuum
This vacuum is great for daily use. I have dogs, so I like to vacuum every/other day to stay on top of the dog hair. The light in front is excellent for finding hair I might miss. It has three speeds, and I can get two uses at medium speed before having to charge the battery. I have wood floors as well as a couple of shag rugs I will put it on high suction for the shag rugs and it does great. It’s light weight and very easy to use- and I love the fact that I’m not confined to a certain area by a cord. I found this vacuum to be at a great price point and highly recommend.
