Great little unit unfortunately it started shooting water out the bottom on July 4th. Return window closed June 28th. I bought another keuric and glad I did, there was a difference in richness of flavor. Still, it was a decent machine for the price
Worked well for two months or so…now we just get flooding on countertop. Purchased on 5/16/26, it is now 6/30/26 and coffeemaker leaks internally, at bottom of unit. A whopping two cups of coffee daily. Cleaned everything per the manual (needles) and have descaled once about two weeks ago. Hopefully the manufacturer will handle this issue.
EDIT: Seller did contact me last week and sent us a new coffeemaker. Don’t know how long this one will last, but the customer service is excellent and were very apologetic. Upgrading to 5 stars for that. Thanks.
Being old school I have never tasted or owned a Kcup coffee pod before but going on 80 I thought I would splurge so I investigated and read a ton of reviews, even checked out testing of machines of Youtube. I came to the conclusion, I am a single person so a single serve was a good choice. Being overwhelmed with so many bells and whistles on many it was overwhelming. Ease of use and care played a big role in decision making. Choice of size, weight, beeps when ready feature and color became a factor. I chose this particular maker, not solel on reviews but I really loved the looks and simplicity of use. I do not own a coffee mug, I use my vintage coffee CUPS that are just below 6 oz. I read reviews on spattering all over when filling cups and not mugs, it’s as simple as using a small ramekin upside down to raise the coffee cup just under the drip. I like the removable water tank for easier filling and cleaning. The unit shuts down after a few minutes and you just press any pad to wake it up. I can get 2 cups of coffee with one kcup using my coffee cup verses a mug. I have never liked mugs as my coffee always got cold before drinking it all and for me a single cup with a saucer is all I need. I never drink coffee while on the go because coffee is a diuretic and can create uncomfortable situations. If your looking for just a coffee maker for the convenience of instant coffee using either the kcup or ground coffee single use without the long wait of a drip, percolator, french press, old or new, then this coffee maker is a wise choice. I also love the small foot print. I bought the 36 kcup organizer and is a perfect base this coffee maker. At some time I will try the Tea and Iced Coffee features. I cannot say enough about this coffee maker, it has changed my mornings completely. I highly recommend purchasing this one for it’s looks, simplicity, extra features, ease of use, safety features, cleaning and light weight.
Love the Bold option, works great & is easy to use. I compared it side by side with the Cuisinart Single Cup Hot & Cold coffee maker, and preferred the coffee from this machine over the Cuisinart, which didn’t have a strength option. Water reservoir is a very good size. Recommends filtered water; doesn’t have a filter that needs changed every 2 months so saves $. I normally use water from my Brita to make coffee so no filter is 1 less thing to remember. Looks great in my kitchen & is easy to clean.
The only caveat is that travel mugs (7″) fit BUT you need to angle them under the output to get them to sit directly on the main drip plate.
The first one quit working after about 3 uses but the seller was very quick to respond and send out a new one. Works great and I love the option to make the coffee bolder.
This is what everyone should have, this Coffee Maker is great. Comes with its own kcup dispenser, and also its own metal screen filter with brush and spoon for your ground coffee. Also can choose between standard taste or bold taste. It does it all, including ice coffee. Great for your fruit splash kcups as well. Does 6oz up to 14oz with ease. I’m so happy with it. Make sure you register for the warranty because they give you an extra year for free.
The water reservoir is smaller than I expected. But not that big of a deal. I purchased this particular one because it has a 14 oz cup option, but even with the strength turned up, the coffee is not strong enough for me. I’ll have to stay with the 10 or 12 oz option. I’m also going to try ground coffee in the enclosed filter to see if that will make a difference. So I will let you know. Overall it’s a good coffee maker that brews nice hot coffee. It’s very compact and easy to use.
I bought this machine, and it worked great for the first six weeks. Then it started showing an “Add Water” message even though the water tank was full. While trying to troubleshoot the issue, I heard a loud popping sound from inside the machine, and water began leaking from the bottom.
Despite these problems, I was impressed with the machine’s overall performance while it was working. Amazon made the return process extremely easy and promptly refunded my money for the defective unit.
Because I really liked the machine when it was functioning properly, I’m going to give it another chance and order a second one from this company. I’m hoping my first experience was simply an isolated defect.
