I’ve tried several pillows for my neck pain, and this is the first one that has made a real difference. It provides excellent support, the material is soft and comfortable, and the ergonomic design helps keep my neck in a comfortable position. I use it every day and highly recommend it to anyone dealing with neck discomfort.
I have slept straight thru the night with this pillow! It is the best purchase for my cervical issues. Better than most chirpractic adjustments, and much less money, too. I like that it has 2 different heights to choose from on each side. Having a hidden zipper to wash the cooling cover is great, too, although I just use my regular pillow covers which fit perfect. Don’t hesitate on this, it truly is magic!
This pillow is great, exactly as advertised—except it didn’t take any time to get used to it. My neck felt better after the first night. It felt very soft (I normally sleep with a down pillow), but it didn’t go flat on me like down.
I am a back and side sleeper, and it is wide enough to work for both with no pillow-punching required. While I prefer the tallest ridge, one can actually use the back of the pillow for two more (even shallower) ridges than advertised, so it’s really quite versatile.
Best feature: it’s NOT HOT like so many foam pillows I’ve tried. I put a percale pillowcase over the silky one and could feel the cooling effect through it. This is a luxury for an old Texas gal in mid-July!
The only problem I am having is that my bed partner keeps stealing it, so now I have to buy another.
Great neck support pillow. It is soft not bulky. It is just the right height to lay on because most pillow I have trouble sleeping on especially when traveling. I slept on it and I woke up without any neck issues. It’s the right amount of firmness for me.
This pillow is amazing! It is very soft and conforming to your head and neck. The memory foam in the pillow is heavenly. I was having severe neck pain, so I ordered this pillow hoping it would help and give me some relief. And it has done just that!! My neck pain has subsided considerably and I have slept much better. The quality is great, and it has a sleek look to it. It has a cover on it, but you could cover it with a pillow case easily.
So i was needing a new pillow since mine was starting to give me some neck pain from flattening out over time. I purchased the Polovo because of its dual size and the fact that it was good for side/back and allowed for a cool touch. I wasn’t disappointed.
First – the pillow is very soft. Feels like a little angel once it’s popped out of its plastic prison. It does have a little bit of an odor upon opening, but the seller states that will be the case and recommends a 24 hour air-out period. I took the pillow out of its case, washed the case, and decided to leave the pillow itself outside for 8 hours and then inside for the rest of the 24. The odor was gone.
The case feels very cool, as in temperature. Popped it back on and went for a good night sleep.
I like to use my own pillow case on the case provided, but I could still feel the coolness of the pillow inside, which was nice. I’m sure if you just slept on the pillow as it comes, it would be even cooler.
I tried the large side first, and I think as stated in the instructions, your body needs some time to get used to the change in sleeping position. It felt good when on my side, but when on my back it was a bit high. So I spun it around and used the lower side, and I didn’t wake up again until morning.
I like the curvature of the pillow, looking straight down at it, it has an arc in the shape. this allows you to move your head and still land on the pillow as compared to rectangle pillows where you move your head and you are falling off the pillow.
So all in all a 5. Great dual sized sides, nice curve to cover head movement, soft but firm enough to provide support, and an odorless experience after 24 hours air-out (dont forget to wash the zipper cover).
Longevity? We will see. Can’t tell without putting some miles on it. But it seems like a great choice.
