Can both cups be washed in the dishwasher?
No. Only the mixing cup can be washed in the dishwasher. The grinding cup is not dishwasher safe! We recommend wiping the inside of the grinding cup with paper towels or wet wipes.
The machine overheated while in use and then stopped working. Is the machine broken?
It's not that the machine is broken. It's possible that the cup was too full, causing the machine to overload and triggering the overheating protection program.
What should I do if the machine has activated its overheating protection program and cannot continue working?
Simply press the reset button on the motor base and allow the machine to cool for about 20 minutes. Be careful not to fill the cup too full.

Powerful Blende
I absolutely love this blender! It’s very powerful and crushes ice, frozen fruit, and even nuts with ease. The large 68 oz pitcher is perfect for making smoothies for the whole family. I also like the grinder attachment—it’s great for coffee beans and spices. The controls are simple to use, and the build feels sturdy and well-made.
Blends fruit well
This blender works great, it has great power, is durable, I needed something to blend frozen fruit, blades are sharp enough to do just that. My only issue is the stick, it gets water in it and it’s hard to get out.

i would buy this one again. it’s so nice. fast. easy to clean. easy to use. dependable.
i don’t drink coffee so I don’t think Id ever use the grinder and that piece can’t go in the dish washer but the blender one can if you have room for it. I just poor water in it and run it afterwards and it gets almost totally clean. very powerful. doesn’t leak.
This blender is easy to use and works great. It has multiple blades, making it blend all sorts of fruits extremely fast and efficiently. It also has a large capacity which makes it able to hold a lot. Additionally, its affordable price makes this amazing blender worth its value. I would recommend!
It's big, powerful, and easily makes smoothies out of everything I've put in it.
It’s power makes ice disappear into very thick and creamy smoothies quickly, and when adding spinach, dandelion greens and kale, I can easily get full servings of veggies in a chocolate shake or a stout morning mocha coffee starter. Easy to operate and clean with a large carafe, it’s an upgrade for me.
Fabulous blender and coffee grinde
Great smoothie blender and coffee grinder. Sharp blades that work well to grind coffee beans and crush fruits and vegetable to make yummy smoothies. Can easily handle frozen fruits and ice and blends it to perfection. Container has a pour spout making it easy to dispense the finish products into cups. Large size container so I can make the entire recipe at once. The lid is very snug and does not come off during blending. Perfect blender!
