Been using this for weeks and I’m happy with the features. I like the low sugar feature which makes the texture of rice different- especially if you want to be more healthy without giving up rice. The stainless pot is durable and seems safe. It is easy to clean and I like the nonstick coating. Its great for small families as it has 5 cup capacity. The control panel is straightforward and basic. Overall solid purchase.
One of my best purchases – small enough that it can be stored in a drawer but big enough to be able to cook about 4 cups of rice. Easy to use and easy to clean. Usually use the low sugar feature; Had to make rice a few times to get the texture right for different types of rice. It cooks rice well once you get the water measurement down. The product looks pretty sleek too.
The rice cooker is great quality but I’m not completely sure it actually fits the full 5 cups as stated. I tested the low-sugar rice feature and it turned out excellent. Since no clear instructions were provided, I wanted to share what worked for me: place washed rice in the basket, set it inside the pot, and add just enough water to cover the grains. It cooked perfectly in about 40 minutes. Hope this helps!
It’s been working great so far. The only bad was no instructions on how to make low sugar rice. Looking online on how to use other brands of these low sugar rice cookers, I was able to figure out the correct water level to make low sugar rice. Just add enough water to cover the top of the rice around 2-3mm. Basically you don’t really have to measure. Very simple.
