Purchased for my daughter and she reports that it is definitely leak proof, most comfortable air mattress she has EVER slept on, and highly recommends it to anyone. Has been sleeping on it for a month and has only added air once since inflating it originally. Would definitely buy another one!
This mattress is easy to set up. It inflates quickly (under 15 minutes) and is comfortable once inflated. The height is great with enough depth that you do not feel the ground. My mattress unfortunately had a small slow leak. There was no visible hole. I used it only indoors and on carpet. I may have had a “lemon” which can happen with any product. I called customer service and sent photos as requested. They immediately sent a replacement because it was within the warranty time. The rep was pleasant and helpful. For me customer service makes the difference in purchasing a product. They stand behind what they sell. Read the instructions carefully to understand fully how it works and what affects inflatable mattresses like temperature. The new mattress fulfills my expectations and I would buy it again.
