Compact size but puts out a great (but adjustable) amount of very hot steam. Heats the water quickly. Useful attachments were included. This is a steamer only and does not vacuum the expended liquid. Great value and does its intended job very well
I love this little steam cleaner. It is amazing.
I had never purchased one before, but we had a bed bug scare (false alarm), and I ordered this in the hopes I would be able to limit any issues. When I discovered that we did not have bed bugs, I didn’t even open this – until we moved, and I needed to deep clean the old place. Oh my gosh! There is an attachment for everything, and it makes cleaning so easy! The best one, really, is the tiny little pressure nozzle that not only steams, but washes out tiny crevices around the shower and base boards. I mean, it is still time consuming because you are steaming tiny spots at a time, but you can really see what is clean and what isn’t by the color of the water.
My mom even borrows it, and she is picky about her cleaning.

This steamer has been great so far. We have had it for about a month and working perfectly. My husband bought this steam cleaner to clean shoes and it has been great for that. I decided to use it to clean our walk in shower, using a couple different attachments for the nooks and crannies and it surprisingly worked so well!
All you have to do is add water and set it to the intensity of your preference, making it easy to use. For the shower I used it at about level 6 out of 8.
It is pretty light weight and the cord is a good length. If I had one slight complaint, the opening to add water is a little small. But that doesn’t affect the quality of the steamer at all.
