It works well. This is my first experience with a steam cleaner so I have no comparison to make. It cleaned my slip-resistent/textured LVT with little effort. Pleased with its performance thus far!
Great steam mop, easy to use and does a great job. Has good steam long cord and to turn on just simply push with foot. I use on tile and have steamed over my living room rug to freshen it.
If you have birds and cannot use chemicals around them, this steam mop is a must. It is easy to use and heats up in about a minute. Expect to take your time when mopping. The rotating heads is a must for maximum cleaning power. It performs as expected. A little pricey but all items of this caliber are. The removable cleaning pads are easy to clean. It maneuvers around furniture fairly well. So far it has proven to be durable with the exception of a small screw coming off one of the rotating heads. It was easy enough to replace

One of the best things I ever gave to myself. We just had wood laminate floors installed and cleaning them is a breeze. We have porcelain tiles installed other places and this is dynamite on them!
I liked this mop so far, setting it up and installing the pads was easy .. also filling it up with water is easy using the cup it comes with, I was prefer it has a shorter outlet but thats not a big deal.
It cleans stains so easily with the two spinning pads and hot steam no more scrubbing on hands and knees. The lights helps see dirt and dust that is usually miss, and the handle makes it easy to move around furniture. The water tank size is good enough to clean my whole kitchen without stopping to refill.
The noise is very low, which is great when kids are sleeping and it moves smoothly on its own, so cleaning feels almost effortless. The steam dries fast and leaves the floor shiny with no streaks. It’s light, easy to use, and the pads are quick to change. I actually enjoy mopping now as it saves time, works on all kinds of floors, and looks great too!
This is really the revolution in kitchen cleaning and a must have product in each house specially if you have a baby and steam cleaning is important.
I highly recommend it for everyone!
