Nice to be able to buy less than a 100 of these for home cooking.
I bake a lot of scratch-made pizza and had been using a stone and peel but I had an occasion to make several at once and have only one stone so I decided to try these as they are similar to what I see at the local take-n-bake pizza store. These are very effective and the crust browns nicely. Unlike other vendors, I could order a supply of 25 for a reasonable price which is plenty for most home cooks. They can handle a large pizza but you can also make smaller pizza and they cook up just as well. They are heavy duty enough to handle a loaded pie and are just the right thickness. These are one-time use so no mess to clean up.
Unique plating optio
This serving slate is very nice for somebody looking for some fun serving options. This would be great for plating sushi or other similar foods.
The size is perfect for sushi rolls, sandwiches or wraps, appetizers, or desserts. The surface is smooth and the dark color is very elegant. The rough edges make for a nice aesthetic, but are a little more difficult to clean. That said, the top surface wiped clean super easily. This serving tray also fell off my table onto my hardwood floor when a box shifted. It held up and didn’t break, so while I definitely don’t recommend dropping it, it is quite sturdy.
I was looking for something to protect a wood table where our coffee bar is located. This is the perfect size (15.7″ x 7.8″) and is a sturdy weight. It has a natural looking edge and protectors on the bottom. Now any coffee rings are easily cleaned up from the slate and my wood surface is protected!
