I appreciated the clear instructions not to use sharp objects when opening and how to fluff it up. After giving it some time to expand, it quickly returned to full size and shape within a few minutes.

Very comfortable and supportive. This pillow was bought to support myself in sleep after shoulder surgery. It met my expectations. The material is nice and soft too while the pillow is supportive.
This is such a surprise when we received the package as it’s a smaller size box than I thought, and arrived vacuum-sealed but expanded to the perfect size within a day. It’s truly soft and plush, which feels incredibly warm and cozy. The lumbar pillow offers excellent lower back support, which include an adjustable headrest is allowing me to use it comfortably whether I’m sitting upright or reclining. I adore this one! Super soft and squishy/comfy (but very supportive of back). It has a taller back sp its perfect for sitting in bed and reading, using a laptop, whatever you choose. The little pillows are super helpful too.
This is a large, well made and sturdy Reading Pillow. It is firm yet very comfortable and retains its shape perfectly. Great for mid to large size adults. The extra pillows are very convenient for adding additional support to your lower spine.
I think it will be a significant improvement over my constantly rearranged pillows. It is quite large, almost too much pillow for me. It arrived when it was supposed to, in excellent condition. I thought it was pricey, but the quality is excellent. I believe I made the right decision. I bought it in white. It is very comfortable, and I will tweak the position and pillows as needed to handle my lower back issues. It came with a neck pillow which attaches to the top and a smaller pillow for the lower back.
