Had to adjust my tv settings to have it work with HDMI mode and I was set
“Does not come with batteries but it is able to work with manual buttons on soundbar” remote controller takes 2 AAA batteries.
CONS
-The light on the sound bar is way to bright and distracting so I got a small sticker to cover it up worked fine.
Ok I have to say I’m impressed for the price. This has BT and comes with optical, aux and HDMI connectors. It’s fairly simple to connect. Basically plug and play TBH. I used the aux connection.
It doesn’t seem to have much bass or any controls for adjusting the sound other than the different functions and sound up and down, but it’s pretty good sounding ,TBH.
I’ve been using a computer monitor w/ a Roku , for a TV and the sound has been lacking but this definitely improves it.
Plus you can connect the separate speakers to make one long speaker. Which is cool. Something I liked was that it came with all of the cords to connect it.
Definitely worth it for the price. Now to see how long it lasts. It says it has a lifetime warranty but what is considered the lifetime of the product?

Great inexpensive soundbar for smaller televisions with bad speakers. I put a 32″ Samsung in my guest bedroom and the audio is just ridiculously awful. This soundbar was overkill in my opinion – a large 80W soundbar for a guest bedroom seemed a bit much. But, it works! The sound definitely projects through the room without being too heavy in the bass. There is no adjustment for that, just 3 settings for movie, news and music. With the news setting, it is easy to hear and understand voices clearly, The movie setting was not good however. It did give it a stereo sound but it was distorted and static-y. Maybe it could work in a larger room where the volume can be turned up? The great thing is the connectivity as well. It has to be turned on but my TV connects flawlessly and it turns itself off when I turn the TV off. There are no lights on the front to distract you. I separated it so the speakers are on each side of the TV and it works like a stereo in a way. I couldn’t connect it via HDMI arc for whatever reason so it is bluetooth. There is no lag in the sound at all. I took off one star because of the short power cord and for the fact that, despite following instructions, I couldn’t get sound via HDMI arc.
