I’ve been using this for about three weeks now, and it’s been excellent. The design is sleek, and the tank is easy to remove and clean—aside from the base, of course, since it houses the electrical components. It holds nearly 2 gallons (around 6 liters), which means it can run for over two days on the low mist setting. Even on high mist, it still lasts around 20 hours, which is impressive.
The LED light on the cool mist setting offers three modes—fully on, half-dimmed, or completely off—making it perfect for nighttime use. The touchscreen controls are responsive, simple to operate, and still work even if a bit of water drips on them. Just be mindful of the vent area, as that’s where the unit “breathes,” so you’ll want to avoid splashing water into it.
Another nice feature is the built-in aroma oil slot at the bottom. It comes with a sponge already inserted, plus an extra replacement sponge included in the box.
Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s reliable, well-designed, and absolutely worth the price. I’d buy it again without hesitation.
Great Humidity Control but App Has Some Limitations
We have been using this MERONTE Smart Humidifier for a few months and overall it has been a very functional and thoughtfully designed unit, especially if you like having control over exact humidity levels.
One of my favourite features is the ability to set a specific humidity percentage. Once set, the humidifier does a good job of maintaining that level within a defined range, which takes the guesswork out of adjusting mist output manually. I also really like that there is a companion app, allowing you to turn the unit on and set the humidity level directly from your phone.
Another standout feature is the light control. There is a physical button on the humidifier that allows you to turn off all lights, including the LED display, which is great for nighttime use. The 6L tank lasts a long time and means fewer refills. The timer function is convenient as well, with options to automatically shut off between 1 and 12 hours.
There are a few limitations worth noting. When using the humidity control mode, you can’t manually adjust the mist level, which may be frustrating if you want finer control. The humidifier also does not remember previous settings, so each time you turn it on through the app, you need to reset your desired humidity level. Additionally, while the app allows you to turn off the light, it does not let you turn off the LED display. Unfortunately that function can only be controlled on the unit itself.
Overall, this is a solid smart humidifier with strong core features, especially for maintaining consistent humidity. A few app related limitations keep it from being perfect, but it is still a reliable option for daily use.
High-Quality Humidifier That Requires a Little Extra Cleaning Effo
We bought this humidifier to help our infant with a stuffy nose and to ease my own sinus issues as the seasons change. The cool mist feature works well, though it isn’t particularly remarkable compared to other humidifiers we’ve tried. What stands out most is how durable and high-quality the unit feels — it’s solidly built, and I’d definitely consider purchasing more products from this brand. I will say the size is a bit awkward, especially for a bedroom. The unit doesn’t fit well on a side table or nightstand and is not large enough to look normal on the floor.
Cleaning is a bit tricky, though. Some areas of the tank are hard to reach, especially the long center tube. I recommend using a bottle brush or similar tool to keep it fresh. If it’s not cleaned regularly, the unit can develop a bit of mildew, so following the maintenance steps in the instruction manual is key.
Overall, this is a reliable and well-made humidifier that performs nicely once you get into a good cleaning routine.

Better than I expected
After trying a few humidifiers that barely moved the needle, this MERONTE unit ended up being a pleasant surprise. It puts out enough moisture to actually make a difference in a larger room, and it stays steady instead of constantly ramping up and down. The noise level is low enough that I can sleep with it running without noticing it.
The app controls are simple, which I appreciate. I don’t want to fuss with a humidifier like it’s a smart TV. Set it, check the humidity, done.

Wonderful little humidifier. Great for a single bedroom. Really helps when you have those cold winter nights and the heat dries the air out. Love the color of the lights and the many settings the unit has. It’s also super quiet as well. Will buy this again if and when needed.
Love the app feature with diffuse
This is a great item. Love that I can control it with an app. And works as infuser the same time. It’s a good size so water lasts for a while. We have a wood stove so air can get quite dry. This works perfect for my bedroom.
