The material is thick and substantial, with neat edges, ensuring no noticeable looseness after installation in the ductwork. The 10×6 inch opening size is practical, allowing cleaning personnel easier access to the duct interior and the removal of accumulated grease using scrapers, brushes, and cleaning equipment—significantly more convenient than without the access door. The five-piece set is suitable for simultaneous installation on long exhaust ducts, near bends, or other locations requiring regular inspection, eliminating the need to purchase individual pieces; the quantity and price are reasonable. Before installation, I determined the location based on the duct layout, internal obstructions, and subsequent operating space, then accurately marked and drilled the opening according to the door dimensions. After correct installation, the door panel fits tightly against the duct surface, closing and locking smoothly, without noticeable vibration, abnormal noise, or edge warping during normal operation of the exhaust system. The high-temperature sealing structure can withstand the working environment of commercial kitchen exhaust ducts, maintaining a good seal even after cleaning and reclosing. It is important to note that these access doors are crucial components of fire protection and exhaust systems and should not be installed arbitrarily based solely on convenient installation locations.
