A Daily Favorite
I absolutely love this kettle and have used it every single day for almost two months. As someone who drinks around 100 ounces of green tea every morning, this has been a complete game changer.
Before I bought this, I used the reusable basket in my Keurig and had to brew one cup at a time, pressing the button over and over. Now I simply add my loose-leaf green tea to the included tea basket, attach it to the lid, and brew around 60 ounces at once. It has saved me so much time and made my morning routine much easier.
I haven’t used the soup or stew functions yet, so I can’t comment on those, but the tea-making feature alone has made this one of my favorite kitchen appliances.
The only thing I would suggest is some type of automatic shutoff after it’s been left on for an extended period. I understand why that might not work well for someone slowly cooking soup, but there have been a couple of occasions where I accidentally left it on when I left for work. Thankfully, nothing happened, but it would provide a little extra peace of mind.
Overall, this has exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to use, brews a large batch of tea at once, and has become part of my daily routine. If you’re a tea drinker, I highly recommend it.
I really like some of the features of this kettle. Mine is sooo old. I use hot water a good amount, and it’s nice to have a see thru carafe so I can see how much water I have. Being able to adjust your own temperature is a very nice features. If you’re making certain candy this is really important. I must say compared to my kettle this doesn’t heat up as quickly, still quicker than boiling it in a pot! The carafe is very nice, double walled, so if little hands get to the carafe it wouldn’t burn them. I like the hot plate part. It never fails that the dog needs to go out as soon as I pour a nice cup of hot tea or ramen noodle soup. Honestly I’m not too into all the other accessories. Maybe if you’re a college student who doesn’t have much space. It’s a pretty piece that looks nice on the counter. You don’t have to find a place to hide it while not using it. To me it’s a bit over priced. I don’t think most people would buy this just because of extra accessories. I think a more comparable price is what will help drive people to the product. Sometimes the accessories turn people off because they have to find storage for them. This definetely has some great features and is very useful.

My hobbies require me to have boiling water on hand pretty often. I already had an electric kettle, the kind that only has an on and off switch and can’t be refilled and used again too soon after it’s turned itself off, so thought I’d get a second one just in case I needed hot water again quickly.
This one has a lot more features than my old one. It’s also a lot cuter.
When setting curls in doll hair the type of plastic it’s made of determines the right temp for the water. I appreciate not only being able to see the current temperature of the water, but also being able to set what temp I need it to be.
Being able to see the temps in real time also shows that it heats the water up rather slowly. It does take longer than my old electric kettle, but still not nearly as long as a pot or kettle on the stove. It’s not slow, exactly, but gradual which is god for me because I prefer to use distilled water to avoid mineral crust in my appliances, and I keep that in the refrigerator after it’s been opened. The kettle warms up gradually and not too fast, and that’ll keep the carafe from cracking while taking the water from fridge temps to hot.
I also really like the option to keep whatever’s in it warm. This is great for tea, coffee, soup… You can make soup in here! I’ve never seen an electric kettle do that, before. I’ll have to get some soup at the store and try that out someday.
I don’t think I’ll be boiling eggs with this, though. I don’t want to boil that plastic egg holder in the pot.
So far I’ve boiled water for cup noodles and made tea. You do have to put quite a lot of water in to make tea. The infuser is very long but still doesn’t reach too far into the carafe. Since I was doing a blend of oolong and roibos I had to use the manual temp setting instead of the Tea setting. The Tea setting doesn’t get hot enough for those types of tea.
My only two complaints are:
The kettle will beep at your intermittently while it’s plugged in, which isn’t a PROBLEM really, it’s just kind of annoying. It should be unplugged when not in use and that is a valuable safety feature. However it does beep while you’re using it, too, which means needing to consider any sleeping family members when you want to use it.

Though the instruction and recipe booklets are translated to English, the marks on the kettle are in Chinese and I can’t read them.
In this house, I am the tea aficionado. I like my tea seep at the correct temperatures, so I prefer an electric kettle with various temperature settings. I also prefer a larger base with controls and easy to touch keys/functions. This kettle has ALL these features plus a wide mouth where the top of the kettle comes completely off, which makes it so much easier to clean.
Now, as far as the functionality, it heats up water pretty quickly. I never use cold water for my kettle because it will take longer to heat up no matter the kettle used. With room temp water, this kettle completed heating up 500 ml to 194 F in about a minute.
I also love that the kettle is about 90% glass. You can see clear through from one side to the other. It’s a nice aesthetic.
The kettle is quiet while it works. There is no excessive bubbling visible. The base is large and solid, which makes the kettle sit on it securely.
The kettle also comes with accessories. There is an egg boiling accessory, a tea strainer, and a clear glass soup container. This kettle is Chinese, so the glass soup container was designed for making congee and bird’s nest. I don’t eat or consume either. But, I did use it to make grits. It was an easy set-it and forget-it way to make grits. They came out great, and because the soup container comes with a lid, I didn’t get popped by a hot grit once! Hallelujah!! lol. It would probably be great for making single serving oatmeal as well.
I HIGHLY recommend this kettle.

I really like how versatile this glass electric kettle is. The 1.5L capacity is a good size for making tea or preparing drinks for several people, and the double-layer design is a nice touch. The glass pot lets you easily see what’s inside while it’s cooking.
The 9-in-1 functionality is especially convenient because it can be used for much more than just boiling water. I’ve enjoyed using it for tea, herbal drinks, soup, and porridge. The programmable touch panel makes selecting the settings simple, and the stainless steel base gives it a sturdy feel. You can control the temperature. It essentially noiseless.
It’s also nice to have one appliance that can handle several different tasks without taking up too much counter space. A practical and versatile kitchen appliance that’s especially useful for tea lovers and anyone who enjoys making warm soups and herbal drinks!
