I honestly do not know how I have lived this long without this vacuum cleaner. It is so easy to use and has great suction. It stands up when you need to stop it for to move something and is super easy to empty the dirt cup. The size is perfect and is light and easy for me to use even with arthritis. And having it come with 2 batteries is another plus. Can you tell I love this cordless vacuum?
I really love it but i am having a hard time registering for the 24 month warranty. I scan the code and it says no address and to be careful about picking up a virus. I called the telephone number and it says to leave a voice mail. Batteries are taking four hours to charge, but otherwise it vacuums very well. Question.
Very top heavy, husband loves it.
My husband does the vacuuming and he loves it, this vacuum is way too top heavy for me to use, so I hate it because I have carpal tunnel and RA.
I own a cleaning company and decided to purchase for common area cleaning in low rise apartments. This is very convenient because there are no cords and 2 batteries. The vac is lightweight and it retracts to fit into my pushcart that I use to carry all the supplies while cleaning. Its not loud and the suction is fair. There are three modes. The lower mode is useless for me but sport and turbo work well. I do find that turbo gives the best suction of alk but it runs the battery down very fast. Maybe half the time (30 mins) so i use it only when necessary. Other than that I keep it on sport and turn off immensely when im not using. One battery lasts me for about 45 mins-1hr with on and off cleaning. Its really perfect for hard floors or low berber carpet. As a professional I wouldnt depend on it for homes that have pet hair or thick carpet. Its just not strong enough to get down into deep fibers. I use my corded shark for that. All that to say I would recommend this vac for hard floors and low carpet in a home or office that only needs light or maintenence cleaning. This is not a vac for deep/ heavy duty dust pickup
We just bought this vacuum to replace our old one. This thing picks up everything – and we have two toddlers that are inhaling snacks at a high rate of consumption with crumb trails to follow. Our home is about 2,300 sq ft and I didn’t even use 50% of the charge. I love that it comes with two batteries and a station to hang on the wall. The different suction ability is helpful for the variety of flooring we have in our house, and they don’t instantly drain the battery. The digital readout is extremely helpful. It’s not super noisy, I can use it while our kids nap and no one wakes up. You can adjust the height, which is a cool feature I love as well.
