love it!
i was hesitant about it but fell in love with it once I tried it. i am cold natured; however I sleep very comfortably with this. Just wish it was available in other colors
This comforter is lightweight with a silky smooth feel, but it still has some substance to it, which I like.
Is it actively cooling though? It does feel a little cool to the touch and doesn’t trap much heat, but it will still lose its cool feel in a matter of minutes from body heat. Moving it around helps, but you’ll have to do that fairly often. I’d say overall it’s about as cool as sleeping with just a regular (non-cooling) sheet. For someone like me who likes to feel a little more weight on me but gets too hot under a regular comforter, this works pretty well.
I recently bought my BF a different cooling comforter in the same price range, and I’d probably be more impressed with this one if I hadn’t tried his first. His is surprisingly cold to the touch, and while it eventually does lose some of that coldness and needs to be moved around a bit too, it maintains a much cooler feel for longer. He even commented that the other day he was taking a nap and actually started feeling a bit too cold. That is not likely with this one.
That said, this would be a good comforter for someone who wants something breathable and reasonably cool for its weight but would still like a little warmth. It seems well made and it serves a purpose, but I don’t think it’s quite as cooling as indicated.
