Used for the first time today. I didn’t expect much but OMG it is the best money I have ever spent. My neck hurts most of the time but after using, I only had a minimum amount of pain. It felt like I had been to physical therapy.
Better than a regular pillow
I like it, but I still have shoulder pain and neck pain. The pillow is supportive and cooling, and offers an area for the shoulder and arm if you can train yourself to use it. I really like it, but it is not the all-pain-ending solution. It is a great assistant when combined with meds for arthritis.
